OK I know people say if people stare at you that means they are interested in you or something. OK in this one class I like this girl who looks at me but then there are a few others looking at me. One of the girls staring is that girl's friend and the others I dunno.

How do I respond to girls stares if I don't like them back? Do I look back and smile? I'm afraid if I smile back they will think I like them when I actually like someone else and I don't wanna hurt them. So what to do? Do I only smile to my crush or everyone? Thanks for reading.

He knows enough to buy me something for my birthday/anniversary/holidays, but it's the same ol' thing every single time. It's like a knee-jerk reaction. He picks up the phone and orders flowers, not even roses, but carnations. He doesn't even think to have them sent somewhere that I can brag, they come to the house. And then that's it. That's it. Oh, except that he'll fish for compliments over and over and over again. It's not good enough that I tell him thanks and feign excitement. I've told him before that I need more from him. I need more romance, but every time he falls short. I'm really sad that he let my birthday pass with the same ol' crap. I don't want to speak to him. Am I over-reacting? What can I do?

Ok im shy.And im really attractive(girls point of veiw)but im shy so every girl likes me as a friend.And my mom was shy but my dad was really outgoing and i think i got my moms shyness.but i know that it doesnt mean im permanently shy cause when i was younger i wasnt shy to kids my age and i was funny until puberty hit me.So now im self concoius.Im really confident just not really talkative at my age.im in junior high.What can i do to help this situation?I talk to girls but i guess they think im too nice.i dont act really flirty and crazy

I have been with my boyfriend for a while now. He was friends with his ex-girlfriend when he and I met. She became really mean after we started dating and started saying all these awful things. She said:

1) My bf and her were dating and had relationship while him and I were together. She said he's just using me for sex

2) She said he told her Im jealous of her

3) My bf had something going with her sister (but she didnt know for sure

4) My bf was abusive to her while they were together ( she said she was scared for me so I gave her my number and then she started calling to argue with him)

5) He proposed to her and he was going to leave me for her


I uploaded a picture of me and a picture of her. Do you think she was jealous of me ? My bf also says he lost attraction to her years ago. he said she gained weight and she dosent look the same at all. She's the one on the left.

okay. firstly i'm a sophomore (high school) and i'm starting to like this guy i've known for two years (he's a senior in high school) the thing is i CAN'T like him, he's obnoxious, arrogant, all that stuff

but i can't help but think about him!! ugh but he's such a sweet jerk! for example, when i told him i was going to fail my math test, he told me to meet him before homeroom started so he could just go over things with me! he actually offered to help me! BUT I CAN'T LIKE HIM. he's a senior! and he's completely not my type! but i love talking to him (he's so intelligent ahhh) this whole obsession if you want to call it started 2 days ago! literally out of NOWHERE. he's in my AP class (which he teased me about, since i'm the only sophomore..) and i saw him one day and was like hm he's kinda cute..so anyways. what should i do?? i don't want to tell my friends..i have difficulty expressing who i like in case no one else agrees...

My fiance and my cousin started off on a rocky road between each other. My cousin started this beef between them and I have tried to end it but no matter what I do, things continue to get worse. It even got to the point where my cousin tried to fight my fiance, my girlfriend at the time. I stopped it from happening but that was the last straw, things haven't been the same between my cousin and I since it happened. My other cousins are following her lead and have treated my fiance like a pariah. She is definitely hurt and I understand why but I don't know what to do. We are getting married in June and she doesn't want them to come to the wedding. I have still tried to get them to warm up to her but, no go. I don't know what to do, I love my family but I realize they are jerks at times, but I also love my fiance and want to marry her and stay with her forever. How do I make things better for my fiance and not lose my family at the same time?

An old friend of mine phoned me tonight and we had a nice discussion. I haven't spoken to him in about a year.

He mentioned that he was a bit bummed out about something.
When I asked him what was going on and why he was so very upset his reply was nothing for you to worry about I have just been going through some internal conflicts and I will be working it all out on my own.

When I told him if he needed someone to talk to he could always talk to either me or my husband he replied I have it covered thanks and then hung up the phone.

Did i say something wrong?
I am bit concerned?

My boyfriend and I have been together for 5 years, he is 21, I'm 19. He is Mexican and White (mom and dad are both halfers). I am Filipino and white..I was raised a little differently as I have believed my whole life in going to school, getting a good education, getting married, THEN having children. But I am very open minded to other people's beliefs and lifestyles, including my boyfriend's family. You see, his family (mom's side) drinks a lot, some have done/ do drugs, and seems like everyone has at least one kid by 20, married or not, and they dont care. His mom got pregnant/had him at 20, even tho his dad wanted nothing to do with him (to this day still). I wonder tho if maybe she got pregnant with him on purpose because all 6 of her sisters had at least one kid by 20 and she was the last one without one, or was she just not being careful? Is it possible for some women to just want a baby? I was curious because as I am getting older, his family expects me to have a baby

I fell in love with a guy whose caracter was really attractive to me. I told him bout it but he said that he was in love with someother gurl. After awhile he said that he was in love with me also he said that he had forgotten that girl. I wanted to be with him forever and it was possible through marriage but he said many times that falling in love with me didn't mean that he wanted to marry me. I think when a man falls in love, it means that he needs and he wants to be with his beloved girl forever and if not, he is just pretending love. He said that he couldn't marry me because he wanted to continue his education and never accepted me to wait for him. Now i've got married with someother man; and he is still persisting on loving me so that i some times decide to comeback to him but with no hope. I think that if i leave my current marriage, he would say "oh if I said i loved u it didn't mean that i wanted to be with u why did u return to me then?" I don't Know wut kind of love it is!!!

How can I get her to stop? I'm 17 yrs old and I'm pretty sure my body tells me when I'm hungry. She's at work right now and over messenger she asked if I ate dinner I said no I'm not hungry, I feel full right now and I don't feel like feeling sick from over eating. I'm 5'6 and 105 pounds and I'm not anorexic I just don't eat very much cause I don't feel hungry a lot. Now she's yelling at me saying that I can't go out with my friends this weekend if I don't eat dinner, I feel like lying to her about eating now cause shes so uptight about it, I'm 17 yrs old going to be 18 this march!!!!!
