Do non-awkward first dates exist?

What's a good place to meet for a first date? I've had one at the mall, and it turned out that was pretty awkward. Would double-dating be a better option?

Definetely. Then you have a lot to talk about, and you dont have to talk all the time

no they dont --- they get better as you get older and more experienced and the mall is really passe --- go somewhere different and no double dating would make it worse i think --- ive never done it ---- enjoy
