I'm not looking for it hurts for a week or something like that. I mean after your recovery, what does it do to your body? Are you less able to enjoy sex?

There are usually some irregularities around the base of the glans, which some partners may find it a little different from the usual, depending on your size. For a while, you will be more aware of your penis, but that goes away as your exposed glans (or, rather, your brain) becomes used to the added stimulation. It will have little effect on the enjoyability of sex for you after the tissue has recovered from the surgery.
