I am going through a divorce and need to know how to tell my "husband" how his actions have impacted me. In order for me to move on and get the closure that I need, he needs to listen to me. I can't even get one sentense out of "you did something wrong" before he blows up and yells at me. How do I start a conversation along those lines so that he will actually listen to me and allow me to finish my sentence?

I am very unhappy with the way that I am. I can be very anal at times and I tend to over-analyze everything. I allow the smallest thing to get under my skin. If my husband and I get into an argument, it is me who can’t seem to drop it and let it go. I am very high-strung and I always have ten different thoughts running through my mind. In my opinion, I am not normal and I think my personality has the potential to destroy my marriage.

My husband on the other hand is very laid back and non-chalant. Nothing seems to bother him, but I think that’s what’s eating at me. I do all the worrying about bills, making payment arrangements if necessary, etc. He refuses to deal with it and if I try to talk to him about any issue or involve him in anything he gets very frustrated and becomes withdrawn. Also, he cheated on me almost a year ago and I think that has really made me worse than what I was.

For example I have heard a few people say that both partners have agreed not to make new friends because they shouldn't have a reason to go out looking for more fulfillment. I think this is a huge load of crap. My boyfriend and I are very social and have a large circle of mutual friends. His friends become my friends and vice versa. We have been together almost 2 years and we absolutely could not be happier.
So where does this issue come from? Is it insecurity? Or is it because you like to control someone? If you think a simple thing as making a new friend will lead to that person cheating, then you are with the wrong person. You are telling them in a roundabout way that you do not trust them. If you don't have trust, you have nothing.

I have a friend named Danni, she's 15 years old and weighs 90lbs and she still says she's fat! I dont really think it's healthy for a 15 year old (who is 5'9 feet tall) to weigh as little as she does :( Do you think she's anorexic or do you think I'm just blowing things out of Proportion? I workout 4-5days per week, i always watch my food closely, and I am pretty muscular with good definition. My girlfriend though is just FAT now. She started off kinda chubby, which was fine, but now she's fat...

Ok so I am going crazy here...So I known this guy for about 6 years now? Recently we have really been hanging out...Well this past Monday we took our friendship to a whole other level. I failed these tests. I have no depression according to them. My memere (grandma in French) thinks I should be put in a mental institutional place or so I heard my mom talk about over the phone with my aunt who lives far away. I'M NOT DEPRESSED. They don't believe me and they never have. I've only told what I believe/know is true. How do I change their opinions?
