If someone wanted to do something Very nice for you, in your minds what would be nice? ( This is for a girl friend that I have been with for a long time. Ive run out of ideas and want "The spark" we use to have.) I think she may be stuck in a depresion or something, but I need HELP!

my guy made me a list one time of all the things he loved about me and us. it was about 2 pages long and covered every little thing over the last several years that he could think of. it had everything from the color of my eyes to the place we first met to a song that was special to us to how i wear my hair to some inside jokes just between us. it was sweet because it showed me he wasn't just floating along in our relationship, but taking note of all the times together that made him happy. i still bring it out when i'm having anti-me days and wondering just what he sees in me. it cheers me instantly.
added bonus: all it costs is a few pieces of paper and some time.

Can you spend money? Flowers, expensive massage, nice dinner. More inexpensive, cook her a nice dinner, light candles, give her the massage. Near a beach or picnic area? Pack a picnic in a beautiful setting. Buy her a gift certificate to a pedicure and manicure. So many ways to make a woman feel treated well. Good luck! You're a good guy to even want to come up with ideas. She's a lucky gal.

Flowers, a card, good wine is nice, if you ask ME, at this point in time in my life…
I rather want to be pampered in all those nasty daily chores….
How about getting a cleaning lady that will also do her laundry, the less she has to do, the more energy she will have for other things (if you know what I mean…) plus it shows that you acknowledge her hard work and her home responsibilities. Then she can take a long bath in her just cleaned bath tub, get dressed for a fun night (dinner, movie, etc)

Plan a romantic evening for the two of you. Make her a nice candlelight dinner with a bottle of wine. Aftewards, give her a hot oil message. Then, to top off the evening lay in the bed and hold her. Just talk to her. NO SEX! Sow her that this evening is all about her. Let her know that you appreciate her for her and not what she can do in the bedroom.

see if you can get one of your parents or a friend to watch your baby, and if she works and you get home before her run her and nice bubble bath and light a few candle's then make her dinner and give her a massage and go from their I would love it if my husband did that

Inexpensive flowers and chocolate are always a good start...repeat each week....
Fix her favorite dinner and rub her neck and back...
After that she will fall asleep and you can go home....
