No it won't work. I can't believe that you would say these things about your girlfriend! It is totally rude! Why don't you try supporting her and helping her to lose weight. Calling her fat and trying to make her feel bad about herself if only going to make the situation worse. You could aways ask her to come to the gym with you...not for her to lose weight, but so you can spend more time with her. If you put it in a nice way she will be receptive to the idea...don't make her feel like you want her to go to the gym so she will lose weight. Personally I hope she smartens up and dumps you because you obviously don't really care about her or her feelings!

I think you are a shallow self centered ignorant butt! If you arent happy with her do the most logical thing that you beautiful people would do and dump her. But tell her why. Tell her that you just cant love a fat replusive slob like her anymore so she should just leave and go to McDonalds and drown her sorrows. Im sure there are more women at the gym that would fit you better. Hey, maybe you could sit in the park and point and laugh at all the loosers.
You make me sick!

NO!!!! UGH MEN!!! One reason she is gaining so much is weight is becuase she already feels insecure!!! ihave a bright IDEA why dont you talk to her about it....eh?? Dont tell her that she is FAT tell her that you want a gym partner and would love it more then anything in this world if she would workout with you and that your concerend about her health. Do you complement her even though you thinks she is fat? One thing is for sure is you need to make her feel good about herself regardless on how she looks! Good Luck!!

depends on the kind of girl, with my girlfriends I would sit down and tell them that I think they're great and that i'm not trying to be mean but that they're kinda letting themselves go, and ask them if you could help eachother get in better shape. If you think she'll be too offended by that start making her go the the gym with you, and I mean make her. Start making side comments about what she eats too. Either way you do it she'll be pissed, but you have good reason, when they let themselves go someone has to get on top of the ball.

If insecurity ever worked to make a girl lose weight, there would be a lot more thin women in the world. The best thing you can do is GENTLY express concern for her health, tell her that it would better for her and the relationship if she started working and eating better. Oh, yeah, and don't be so shallow.

It won't happen. I have conditioned myself to believe that my wife has made a conscientous decision to be a fat chick for the rest of her life.
She kept saying that she wanted to work out, but refused to come to the gym with me, despite the fact I paid for her membership
She claims she cannot control her eating during her monthly cycle. I deal with it by never keeping junk food in the house.
I would be quite happy if she were still slightly chubby.

No that will not work...that would end the relationship is that what you are really trying to do???
Invite her to go the gym with you, you two can work out together. Working out together will motivate her to lose the weight.

no, it wont work. not with me at least. i dont catch onto hints very well. if you do say something to her then it might break her heart or she'll punch u in the face. either way sucks. Maybe you could suggest that you both start eating healthier and ask her to come to the gym with you. Dont expect her to say yes, but at least u put the idea in her head that she's welcome. Just be careful what u say so you dont get punched.

make her feel beautiful no matter what! and love her for no matter what. if u can't to both of the two-leave her now to avoid u both pain later...please take my advice instead of doing what i just said....
The way not to do it is starve yourself, to start with. Just exercise and eat right. I did....lost 90 LBS because of it. Starving yourself won't help at all. Drink more water, eat less before bed, and don't eat for stress are the 3 things I follow and i'm going pretty well if i don't say myself. 90 LBS isn't anything like 5-10lbs so take my advice. If you want anymore details, feel free to email me. Just please be patient for ppl seem to email me for advice on this, I will reply, don't worry! ~Adia
