As you get older, do you get higher standards of what to expect from new boyfriends/girlfriends? Are you less likely to settle? Are you less likely to put up with crap, (lying, cheating, etc)?

My ex-mother-in-law is breaking her own granddaughter's heart by refusing to go to her wedding because I will be there. (I'm her mother) I am shocked over her behavior, I don't like her and she doesn't like me, but I would go anywhere my granddaughter invited me proudly. It wouldn't matter who was there. I would want to be at her wedding. This is causing strain on me, it makes me feel so bad for my daughter. I don't know what to do. My ex-husband refuses to ever speak to me so I can't go that route. I'm afraid he won't show to keep his Mommie happy. This is pathetic.

The ex-mother-in-law is a real witch to do this to my daughter. I never did anything to this devil woman, and her loser son has thrown more fuel onto the fire running and only telling his side of the story. This idiot needs to grow up and figure out how to deal with me on his own. He is 60 years old now!!!I don't know what kind of advise someone can give me, it's a pretty hopeless situation.

i did learn alot from this relationship but i could never imagine being friends/acquaintance with him....Even though we seemed like soul mates when we were together ...He turned out to be a fraud and a liar. I often wonder what i would say to him if i did see him again. Has anyone had a situation when you were so betrayed by someone and you came face to face with them again? how did you react?

I hear women/girls complain when men look at them, and know in my case it might be because they have a nice body and almost always it is because they are showng it off with tight tops/bottoms and low-cut tops. Why do women wear provocative or somewhat provocative clothing and then get upset if men notice them?

my car is in my name and my husbands name. The title says MR.****** OR Mrs.*****. My husband took my car from me and has it hid somewhere. We got my car from his father. we still owe his father and we had a verbal agreement of payments. the payments were not specific. nothing in writing. and his father backed out of the agreement when i left my husband and said that i needed to get a loan in a week just because they were all mad that i left. well i couldn't do that. i was a stay at home mother. my husband was the money maker. and he knew that i wouldn't be able to. I have the title to the car. I want my car back because he has 3 different vehicles and that was my only car. We have a 2 year old together and she is in my custody. I need transportation for me and my child. What is my rights with getting my car back?

You know how we are guys. We see cleavage and we just have to stare for a few seconds. I don't think it's disrespectful because the women who show their cleavage want us to look. I admit it....I love looking at cleavage.

My girlfriend has been married twice and has divorced the same man twice. They have a child together. She talks about him allot. I do understand it is normal to talk about ex’s to a point, but it seems a bit excessive. He shows up at her house unannounced and one of her other friends has described her house as Home Base for this guy. They have a long history and at times I get the feeling that their relationship doesn’t have the closure you would think. I love this woman with all of my heart and I know she loves me. I want to ask her to marry me and our relationship is right at that point. Should I be concerned about this or should I just trust her heart?

I like sex alot, and with different guys.i hang out with nothing but guys and there is one guy that i like soooo much, but we have been having problems. so i decided to meet one of the other guys that was at their house at a party one night and i always have sex on the first date and i like it, it feels great. but i overheard him tell one of my other guy friends that he 'hit it like a pinata' . Im nice to them and we have sex together, but i treat them nice, not like they are a piece of meat.I want to be friends with them also. but why do they have to be all macho, and laugh at me, it hurts my feelings/ .Even though im an easy woman ,is it possible for them to have feelings for me, or do guys not have feelings for women who give it up on the first date.I really dont know the word respect i guess. but i do know the words...I love sex....but i dont like being called a pinata. lol

Ok, i was in Science today, and I wrote 'Nath is gay' on this guy Nath's ruler, just joking. I'm not kidding, he went absolutely mental. He started completely yelling at me saying 'F*** off! F*** off' and stuff like that, and stood up, took his stuff and moved seats, and didn't even walk near me for the rest of the lesson. Naturally, I was just in shock and just sat there like '...sorry...'. Literally his reaction was so bad the whole class was just sat there with their mouths open. Now I don't really see what I did wrong, maybe I shouldn't have done it, but the reaction was a little OTT, since people make lame jokes like that all the time. (and i know being gay isnt funny) Obviously I hit some sort of sore spot for him, so do you think I should apologize again, or just leave him?
