No one is worth your self reliance and self esteem. Either, come out fighting for what you believe in or move on. Time is wasting if you wait. Settling for second best is just another way of setting yourself up for future disappointments. If you really do love this girl, and she loves you, why let parents stop you? They have certainly lived their lives, it's time for you to make yours happy. Parents often fail to realize that they gave life to their kids but cannot control what they feel or do. If she is refusing to be with you or show her love to you because of her parents influence, then - the question you have to ask yourself is - "Is she worth it?" and does she really love you? I am not saying - to hell with her parents, but control only goes so far. BTW how old are you and her? If very young I can certainly see her parents as being protective. Go with your heart.

You do not say what she is refusing. If you love her you will respect the refusal.
