Plan a romantic get away for her birthday. Get reservations at a close, local hotel - preferably a room with a jacuzzi tub. You go there first and set up candles to be lit later, a romantic cold picnic dinner. Some wine, hard crusty italian bread, some finger fruits and cheese and something sweet like truffles. Have a sexy nightgown lying on the bed and her favorite scent. Don't tell her any of it, pack her a small bag of a change of clothes and underwear and get a disposable toothbrush and toothpaste.
Pick her up and don't tell her where you are going and then just take her there. No phones, no television ...just an evening of romance that she will remember forever.
Good Luck

Expensive gifts are not the way to her heart. The more thought the better. A romantic dinner (of a simple meal), candles, music...you'll have her! Anything that can show her how much you wanted to put a smile on her face and you're in!

Unless she is high matn. anything will make her happy, she is with you. I am happy if my husband even remembers mine (been together 7 years). A card always makes me happy since I have gotten 3 since we have been together.
Think about what she likes. Is she really into a certain perfume, movie, restraunt, does she collect anything? If so buy her one of these or take her to ger favorite restraunt.
How about a charm bracelet? You can always buy gifts for her in the future to add to it.
Good luck!!

Do you two already have puppies or kittens in the family? If not, try that. Most women can't resist them. Or, try buying her a spa package at her favorite salon just for her. Or, you can take her someplace she's never been that you think is beautiful and surprise her with wine, a picnic, and a portable radio playing music by the river.

Bring her breakfast in bed and clean the house. Go food shopping as well. Sit down and take a minute to think about anything that stresses her out and just do it. Couldn't hurt to go down on her as well.

you dont need expensive gifts to make your loved ones happy.
When you give priority to your loved ones all the time, when you are available for them all the time.
when you are sincere with them and with your relations that is the greates gift that one can offer to a loved one, including ones wife.
"Dont kick over the Bee hive if you want to gather honey" if you keep this proverb in mind i dont think you need any other gift.

That you remembered it is a start.
Stop by Walmart and pick up a small arrangement of flowers.
Take her out to dinner.
Better yet, fix her dinner, and clean up afterwards.
She is married to you, so she knows what you can afford.

Make her a photo album/scrapbook of your time together. Include dating photos, wedding photos, vacationing together photos. Put captions under each photo or on each page. She will appreciate the time you've spent on it and it won't cost too much to make. Good Luck!

I can give you new ideas........almost no cost will be incurred by you.............yet she will feel happy.....
Write "I Love you" on 50-60 pcs of papers, must be coloured papers. Keep all paper pcs on Ceiling Fan, when you both enter the room, you switch on the fan........wow........all the coloured pieces of papers will be flown the room, she will read "I love You" "Happy Birthday" etc. etc.

Candles, dinner, flowers, desert, tub, oil massage...don't do it expecting anything in return. Do it with the right frame of heart (4 her).
