My aunt has parkinson's disease and is in the hospital. She cannot move in her bed without assistance, she cannot walk or even wheel herself in the wheel chair. She wants to go home to her boyfriend, but he dropped her and that is why she is in the hospital in the first place.

Ok so i'm in 9th grade im taking AP human Geograhpy, Honors Bio, Honors English, Geometry, French, and Softball.
we just got our report cards and I got ALL A's and one A+ and one A- my parents said that i need to work "harder" in that class! how does this make sense, i mean an A is an A. Doesn't matter if its a +/-. They say i need to bring up my grades, i just don't get it ! I'm so frustrated! In 7th grade I dropped from Algebra to Pre-Algebra because I was getting a C in that class! They were soooooooooo mad!?!?!? I was so confused I tried my hardest but i think that they never think it is good enough! It sucks so freaking much, i don't know what too do. please give me advice! please!

me and my ex still have sex and hang out a lot. but i've been seeing this new guy recently and he acts so jealous. the thing is, when i talk to my ex about it, he says he has feelings but doesn't want a relationship. he won't really explain in detail. he's about to go to med school though, and will be about 4 hrs away from me. nevertheless, he's always been sort of a jerk to me during our relationship (talked about other girls a lot) and left me for some other girl that i thought wasn't his type (but apparently was). anyway, i'm just confused bc sometimes i have feelings for him and sometimes little things he does annoys me. what should i do? also, what's a good way to meet new guys in college (as a senior)? i go to a lot parties but i'm not interested in stupid guys who drink all the time. I'm also in an organization, but the guys in there are too nerdy. now that i'm a senior there really seems no point in starting anything new with someone, but i still want something. what to do??

Usually, I'm the one who's giving advice, but this problem escapes me. I just can't make up my mind. Here's the story:

Okay, I met this girl in 7th grade & we became best friends. We always said we would be MOH in e/o's wedding someday. When I got a serious BF eventually, we'd always talk about it & stuff. Well, we roomed together our first year of college & it turned out bad after a few months. Then we had this summer apart, & she seemed to get over things. But I am not. She said vicious things about me behind my back, and to my face, & turned several friends against me (just not outwardly against me, in a way). She did it all "nicely" though if you know what I mean? Well, when I got engaged this summer, I'm assuming she assumed to be my MOH, but I have not asked her to be yet, nor do I plan to. We still talk a LITTLE bit, but not much.

My wife of 15 years has had four very part time jobs. She is the most beautiful woman I have ever seen. The problem is she is friendly to everyone around and she goes out of her way to say hello to good looking men. I have caught her in very close encounters with more men than I can list. I know some of them have been closer than I think most men can tolerate. She tells me she is just being friendly. I just think that she wants the attention and it makes me wonder how far it goes. She has said for the last year that she doesn't go out of her way to be friendly where in fact she has three very close men all over her. Why do I worry? Four short jobs and 7 guys have told her that they wanted to take her to bed. I guess that is the friendly part I worry about.

Everytime i see her, i get that feeling inside. Every night i just sit there and think about what to do and what it would be like if we were together. I have a few dillemas though. Shes 16 and im 15, however were still really good friends. We dont go to the same school but i see her every weekend. My friend met this guy online. She brags that he is rich and comes from a rich family and he was going to law school and all this BS. At first all of us were happy for her! . Well, Its been 10 years and they haven't met yet and she still keeps talking like he is this wonderful man and how he just loves her and there having this big huge wedding.. and I just blew up.. I was like YOU HAVEN'T EVEN MET HIM.. AND ITS BEEN 10 YEARS!! IF HE IS SO RICH WHY CANT HE FLY TO SEE YOU, OR HE FLY'S YOU TO LA TO SEE HIM..I just got tired of the same old story for 10 years. Everyone is laughing at her and just making fun of her. I told her she was making an *** out of herself and she was just like a deer in headlights.. OMG.. I told her that she was stupid to believe that this guy was for real. Every time they have a weekend to see each other he makes up an excuses. The best one was that his mother died and he cant go to Harvard anymore cause he wants to be near his family, But yet if someone loves you that much wouldn't you think she would get her fat *** on a plane and go see him or him want her to be there. but oh nooooo. I do know he is real cause i have talked to him on the phone! .. So, if im wrong for blowing up and telling her I cant be hear another word about his guy who is from planet don't exist. Okay so I know that a lot of ppl out there might not have the same views as I do but I would like your opinion on something. I as a christian believe in courtship vs dating. I think that responsibilities and views that courtship puts forth allow young ppl and those who are ready to be married to make wise decisions based on pure love as opposed to the sexual clutter of this world. I would like to know your opinion on it as to why you see that courtship is either a plus or a negative in your opinion. I realize that some ppl cringe at the thought of this subject but I would love some honest answers and feedback as to why you feel the way you do. im 14 and my step sister is 15 and our parents married between 4 years ago and really i havent ever talked to her or thought of doing anything sexual with her until just recently about a year ago. some of her friends tell me she thinks i am really hot but that im her step brother. i think she is really hot and all of my friends are always messing with me saying " you have to get on that man if i were you i would definitely do it". sometimes she hangs out in my room when i have people over or when she has her friends over we drink and have fun. i have only suggested to her 1 time before for me and her to hook up and me n her were both kind of drunk and she seemed like she wanted to but there were like 4 other people there so she wouldnt want it to get out. so she kept saying it would be weird and awkward like after we do it and we might stop hanging out. she flirts with me all the time by like purposely wearing thongs so they show. what do i do and how do i tell her i want to hook up

Ok so lately my boyfriend and I haven't been seeing eye to eye. I have a lot of guy friends and he has a lot of female friends. I have NEVER talked about any of my guy friends to him...okay once...but never again because i sensed he was jealous. But he talks about his "home girls" all the time, which bugs me a little. He knows it bug the hell out of me and yet he continues. ok digressing a bit.

But lately it seems the only thing we've been doing is "arguing"...i dont mean yelling back and forth and having choice words, but him getting mad because he thinks i have been ignoring him....which i haven't done the entire relationship. and that pisses me off because i dont know why he's upset.

So today i asked him if he was ok and he got so bent out of shape and asked me why all of a sudden im askin if he's all right and what not. And that there threw me over the top. It's like excuse me for caring and trying to fix whatever is going on. Ususally its the other way around.

Please don't answer with follow your heart or anything similar. It will not help me. I've heard that junk my entire life and it's never helped.

My problem is I have no ambition whatsoever. No goals, hopes, or dreams and it's been fine for me up until I graduated High School.

My parents plan on kicking me out unless I get a job which wouldn't be a problem if I cared. I can see why it would be a problem, but it's no motivation for me at all. Nothing that happens to me seems threatening enough for me to care. I feel like I'll have to hit rock bottom on the streets before I care about anything which is something I don't want it to resort to. If they told me to leave tomorrow it wouldn't be problem and I really wouldn't harbor any ill-will. They just have to say the words, but they never do.

I'm very much content with whatever happens to me which is something I see as a problem. I need to 'want' something.

My parents have been separated for about 8 months, and my dad just recently told my mom he wanted a divorce.

Now it's fall, and thanksgiving and christmas are coming up, so I am scared that my mom will become even more depressed than she already is. Her parents both died years ago, and her only brother doesn't speak to her. Her next closest relative, her aunt, died 2 years ago. She has no family accept me, my brother, and sister, and they are older and married and will be doing other things for thanksgiving and christmas.

My kids ages r 12, 8 and 7, they have'nt seen him in years because he has made no effort 2 maintain a relationship. They r all very anxious and stressed out about meeting him, my eldest is the most upset as she still remembers him and feels as though he abandoned her.She has begged me not 2 make her c him, she is really upset. He will b here with his new wife and his new children,2 of them. I don't want 2 b the woman who keeps her children away from their father but at the same time I want my kids 2 know that I will support and protect them. My ex has relly just ignored them 4 years and now he wants contact, I doubt whether he will b consistant and I feel so sad 4 my kids. The youngest has no memory of him and they all call my new partner dad, we also have our own child who is 3. Any suggestions would b appreciated. I want 2 make the time he is here as peaceful as possible,( he will b here 4 a wk),love 2 hear from parents in similar circumstances. Thanx alot.
