Tell him that you think things would be better if you were apart from each other, and that you should just seperate.Find other housing for you and your children and get the preceedings underway. If he still doesn't listen atleast you tried, have someone serve him the papers and go and start your new life.Your making an effort here and he is not trying to meet you half way.Sometimes you have to be cruel to be kind.

Life isn't always greener on the other side. If you really want out, then you just go and find an appartment and take the kids. Being a single parent isn't that easy, I know, I have been one for 13 years now. If he treats you like crap, go. If he is good to you and the kids, you might want to just go on a vacation alone or with a girl friend and think it over. Good luck!

Take your kids and go. There is no point in staying with him if you don't love him and don't want to be there. I wasted too many years of trying to stay in a marriage that was dead just for my kids sake. Well, if you are fighting alot with him, think of it this way you are doing more damage than good to your kids.
If your husband is violent and abusive and you need a safe way to leave call your local police department while he is at work and tell them you need to go to a shelter with your children.

lol at the person that first posted. If youre not happy then simply file for a divorce. Plan everything out first and then go with it. I would suggest doing to couples therapy first.

You vowed to stay with him for better or worse, in sickness and in health, for richer or poorer until death do us part. Is your word worth nothing? Did you not mean your vows when you said them?

If he has not commited adultery you don't have a reason to divorce him. Adultery is the one and only reason God gives us for divorce.

Just smother him in his sleep and bury him in the back yard.

That way you can go on a holiday with the insurance money.

Start seeing another man. He'll get the idea and then you'll have the grounds for a divorce and everybody will be happy!
