we are going to a a friend bday dinner then going for drink this saturday, this is gana be the possible last chance i gana see her for at least a few months, cause im moving college 2-3km from each other's college. we are just friends so i want to tell her how i feel about her? b4 its too late (never ask a girl out b4 at age 20, so first time). so my question is at what stage of the party/dinner/drink should i tell her? should i wait till the end when we are going to leave. or between dinner (with at least 20 people there)?, or right from the begining? any suggestion thanx a lot.

Its not about what stage of dinner/party/drink should you tell her you like her. You only tell her that you like her when you have gained enough attraction for her to show it. Then you reward her by showing genuine interest by telling her you like her because ____. If she's an attractive woman, its very likely that she's been hit on many, many times and recieved compliments about her looks. Doing this only subcommunicates that you are a shallow person, that you like her because she has a vagina. So, tell her you like her because of the things she does or the qualities about her personality and not her looks. You only do this to reward her for showing her interest in you.
