I live in Los Angeles. I do have a living will. Now, I have furniture and a lot of things I told each child to pick now when I am alive, that way there won't be disagreements later on.
Is this o.k.?

I have an itemized list of each item like let's say silver, couch, or buffet table. Each of my 3 kids picked what they wanted. All my 3 children and I signed the very bottom as an agreement to what would go to who. I also have it notarized. Is this sufficient and will it hold in the court of law in case of a disagreement?

Ok, here it is. My daughter Jolena is 3 and Shes been with me all her life and I just enrolled her in pre school.. Well her "father" lives with his other kids mom and he doesnt work. He eats, sleeps, plays his computer game 24/7 and she does everything for him, she runs the house and she pays his child support to keep him out of jail for 30 days.... He does get to see her but when I dont take her at the snap of thier finger, the kids mom will threaten me t call an attorney and fight for custody. This may be a stupid question, but she cant do that right. And jolena's dad doesnt even have a highschool diploma. Please give me uplifting advice

I buy my son brand new clothes, so he has nice stuff to wear to school. He goes to his dad's every Thursday after school. His dad keeps the good clothes I send him in and sends him back to my house in clothes that are either too small, or have rips and stains. My son said that his dad hides the clothes so he can't bring them back. What can I do? I live in Ontario and every lawyer I have talked to said the judge will say that the clothes belong to my son not me. I can't afford to keep buying new clothes for him, and I am not dressing him in grubby clothing just because his dad has mental issues. I really need help with this, any suggestion would be greatly appreciated!!!!

My ex-bf has been talking smack about me for a while now, and he won't stop! I don't say ANYTHING about him or do anything do him. can anyone suggest any thoughts i could convey to my daughter who seems to be losing her confience. She never used to worry about walking up and down our street or going to the local shop, but for the past 6 mths she is getting more and more anxios about being left on her own or someone coming to take her away.
I just want to be able to reassure her but find myself wordless when he tells me this. I always act gently towards her and comfort her with cuddles and tlc and listen to her, but its like I lose all of my communication skills. I usually manage to pick my friends up when they need it and my job relies on my communication skills so what can i do? do any other parents have any tips or advice on this ?

I recently got engaged and we finally set a date of may 3rd , My finace had to go out to a family affair out of state and I am setting up arrangments for our wedding while he is gone reception hall , church ...etc.

When I get a phone call last night he is telling me that his, mothers god son, is also engaged and they have the exact same wedding date as I chose.

well now his Mother wants me to move MY wedding date with her REAL son , so it will accomidate her ( GOD SON) wedding date .

My fiance and I have a special thing with the number 3 ... now if I move the date earlier to a weekend the wedding will be moved up two months ... and that doesn't give me time to plan for my wedding ... if I move the wedding forward it would be 3 months from the original date set making it 9 months till we could get married ....

the god sons wedding is in Chicago where my fiance family is , our wedding is to be out of state...

what the hell do i do about this ?

I am quite confused as to why my boyfriend would tell me numerous times of the dreams he has of me cheating on him. He has been doing this recently and it kind of is weird to me? i broke up with my bf last saturday because of something stupid,
but then we stayed broken up after i found out from his best friend that he was cheating on me.
i did alot for him,
i saved up money for an apartment,
i got in trouble with my family,
i lost my virginity,
worked really hard in school,
risked my reputation..
i cried for an hour.
that was it.
then i just went about my life,
laughing, things like that, normal-like.
people keep asking why im not more upset.
im wondering too.
i mean he fricken cheated. and lied.
ive never cared about anyone the way i care about him.
but now i dont even care that he calls me crying,
or about that other girl,
or that he cheated,
or that i wanted to spend the rest of my life with him,
and its not gonna happen now.
its my first serious relationship, but i feel like its ending the way i ended all my previous flings.
does that mean i never really cared?
i thought i did.
grrr will i ever care about someone...??
