Im just wondering what is a normal amount for a guy to be out doing his own thing?

I am starting to feel a bit lonely at home with the kids and im pregnant so thats not helping either

You should get equal amount of time as he does doing your own thing. Or he should be spending more time with you and the kids♥.
Everyone needs time alone, but if he is out more than he is home, that is to much.
