wouldn't you rather be a millionaire & retire early? For the money you would spend on the cell you could do that. Take the money, put it in the bank in an interest bearing account. Continue to do that your entire life and DO NOT take it out. If you start now you will have more $ than you ever dreamed of at 40.
You can babysit, deliver newspapers, do yard or housework at neighbors or relatives.

and it is absolutely NOT your parents obligation to get you one!!!

Mow the grass, rake leaves, clean gutters, walk dogs, clean up dog poop, wash cars, Make up a flyer you can do this on your computer if you have a printer, list the "odd jobs" you will do and the $$ small yard small price and place the pares in the mail boxes where you live,... oh add snow shoveling if you get snow,... Most kids your age do not want to work, and you do that's great, ask your parents for some advice.

First thing, why would a 13 y.o. be on this, and secondly, you aren't legally old enough to get a job. So no, if your parent/guardian won't get you one, then tough.
Use a pay phone...
Thirdly, I'm a teacher and I have 200 students a day, and most of them have cellphones. I can tell you from experience that cell phones are a WASTE of your education. All the kids do is text, try to play games, and listen to music on their phone instead of LEARNING.
Do yourself a favor and live without it. Cell phones make a lot of students dumber.

your 13 the only thing you can do is babysit and then i dont even know if your old enough to do that. Do house work around the house maybe your mom will give you allowance, a cell phone isnt cheap. and fyi your under the wrong catigory

you could, but you'll get laid back in school... paying for cellphone bill, is the job of your parents! as much as you want a cellphone with unlimited call/text, think about you're school too.. and about how a job would affect your life
