My wife told me not to try to contact her this weekend as she was going to be in Cognito. I have looked in my AA mapbook, but no such place is mentioned. Does anyone know where Cogniti is?

I am in love with him, but it is one-sided. He does care and we talk almost everyday, but he cannot reciprocate my feelings even though he is attracted to me. He is a good guy. This has been going on for a year and a half. I have guys in my life who love me but who I try to not get close to, I have people I meet who want to date me, but I feel frozen - anytime I get in such a situation with another guy. Coz I don't know what to do.

A part of me says "go for it. your guy considers u just a friend. u need to have ur options open. if he isn't committed to u, why should u be". Another part of me says "stay true to him. U love him!".

What should I do?

My guy isn't dating anyone nor does he love anyone.

we recently had a a friend coming and stayingg with us home and he is 78 years old (a widower staying alone). during his stay he always preferred chatting with my wife but one day when i came home i found the old man hugging and carressing my wife on bed. i asked my wife about this and she told me that one day when she came from bath with a only towel around her, he just pulled it off and started hugging her. begging her he pushed her to the bed and started fondling her but couldnt perform as he was not able to. my wife felt pitty for him and allowed him whenever he felt so (he only fondled and not perform).ihe too confessed to me that he was feeling comfort staying with us and begged me not to send away. too felt sad for the poor man as he had no other way at this age. is it wrong to provide a comfort to an old man about to die?

My boyfriend went out to the bars last night after work. I can't get into the late night bars yet because I am only 20. I also work at 8:00 in the morning. I guess he ran into an old friend. He said she just reasently got married. He told me her name and that she would like to meet me sometime. "She wanted to meet the girl that stole his heart." I asked if she was an old **** buddy. He said yes. He said she was my first...I said your first, he said not my first but my first for something. I guess he really got her hot and had her on the edge. If you understand what I'm saying. What would you say and how would you react? I was upset and we got into a fight, not just about that but a few other things.

Maybe this is normal. My son who is now 8 years old was a very fussy baby, but by the time he was just over a year he was a very good baby. My daughter on the hand who is now 19 months old still acts fussy and gets really upset at the most trivial things. She is pretty much fussy more than half the time she is awake. I have tried to let her cry it out, but it doesn't work she will not stop. If i am cooking, cleaning, or anything besides laying down on the floor with her she tries to cling to me and cries. she does the same with my wife. She is still on the bottle (I know I am a horrible parent for this) and there is no breaking her of that. She has really put a strain on my wifes and my relationship. I really am at a loss as what to do. If anyone has tips I would greatly appreciate it.

My husband and I have been married for almost 2 years now. He has always avoided about talking about having kids. I finally got him to talk about it over the weekend, and he told me why he doesn't like to think about having kids. He does not want to risk having a female baby, because she would grow up to be a teenager. He said he remembers what he did with girls and got away with when he was a teenager (he's 33 now). So he doesn't want to risk having a little girl because he doesn't want to go through her growing up and becoming a teenager because he knows "what teenagers do." He said if there was a 100% chance of having a boy we would start trying to get pregnant right away. Does anyone have any advice on how I can try to talk to my husband about this or what I can do. I really want to have kids and I think my husband would be a wonderful father, but I don't know how to go about discussing this with him and reasoning with him. Any advice would be great, expecially from dads.

i mean if it was under a dress and you couldn't suspect anything and suddenly you realize she is wearing garters and it's a thing you don't expect her to wear, would you like it or not? would you think it's slutty? or just fun?

Here's an interesting dilemma. My brother is getting married and he is the first one out of all of us (3 kids). My mom is very social and gave him a 60 person guest-list of people she wants invited- everyone who lives on our country block, associates from work, distant relatives etc. She offered to pay extra but they don't want the money.

My brother and his fiancee want their wedding to be small and intimate and not "Hi I'm Geoff- this is my wedding- who are you?"... Is this unreasonable? If they only have 100 other guests between her family and friends and my family and my brother's friends- how many extra guests is my mom reasonable to ask for?

Any opinions would be appreciated- I think my mom feels she was invited to these people's wedding and their children's weddings- so she HAS to invite them to my brother's wedding.

Ok, so my husband and I are raising our six kids (two of which are his by his late wife) and we of course have lots of expenses as you can imagine. We actually own two houses right now and are desperately trying to sell his house where he lived before we were married. He has a 22yr old step daughter that is his late wife's daughter living there and she pays for NOTHING. No rent, utilities, phone, calbe....you get the point. My husband just lets her free load she has been there six months and the house is not selling. Realtor says we need it empty and fix it up, but my husband feels like the bad guy and meanwhile I am working everyday to pay the bills for that house and feel like I am working for her to sit on her rear and live off us....am I being selfish here or is my husband being a sissy? I think he should tell her it's time to move and quit sponging off us, we have six minor children to care for here, what do you guys think?

my fiance and i last night decided to toss out about 80% of our plans, and revamp our entire wedding. We're both stars and moon fanatics, and have decided to go with a dark blue and silver themed celestial wedding. (i had initally planned on using wine colors...but that wasn't really us and I wasn't over thrilled with it)

i was so excited i stayed up practically all night figuring a lot of things out. Right now though I'm stuck on two things.

Flowers, (i was going to use lillies before..but wondering what I could use now or what would look best)

and I'm also stuck on Centerpieces.

Any suggestions?
