you could but i don't know, personally i'd get a little weirded out if a random guy on the street came up to me and asked me out for a drink. try something else like having your friends set you up with someone or ask them if they know anyone that's relationship material. you're not gonna find what you want on the street. good luck hun :)

also see if u so a nice girl u like create an situation so she will say high to u and that will give u a chance to ask her out for coffee or a drink.

If I understand you correctly, you can't connect with girls who are friends or others you might know, even if peripherally, as in a classroom, but you'd have no problem taking out a perfect stranger??? I think you have your sensibilities short-circuited somewhere!
Regardless, you didn't give your age, and, to a lesser degree, even your sex, so I'm not about to give advice with such critical unknowns.
