Because he is trying to pull your card to see how far he has to go to get you to cave in. He breaks up with you only to see if by doing so you will cave in and have sex with him to keep him. No dude is worth that much....if he broke up with you....HIS LOSS!

if he broke up with you the first time because you wouldn't have sex with him, he was in the relationship with you for all of the wrong reasons. Give him a chance if you want to and if you feel like he's not going to do this to you again. Other wise find someone who has true feelings for you and doesn't mind if your waiting to have sex. sometimes its because they really want to have sex but you say no and so they break up with you but then miss you and want to date again. but do NOT give in to sex if its not truly what YOU want to do
