i mean if it was under a dress and you couldn't suspect anything and suddenly you realize she is wearing garters and it's a thing you don't expect her to wear, would you like it or not? would you think it's slutty? or just fun?

To answer each of your questions, (1) yes, I would like it, (2) no, I would not think it's slutty, and (3) yes, I would think it's fun.
I think that wearing something sexy underneath clothes is often more sexy than wearing sexy clothes that everyone can see. Sexy while being subtle at the same time is awesome.
So, instead of a girl walking around with her boobs hanging out and everyone labeling her as slutty, it would be much more sexy to wear a garter or sexy underwear that not everyone could see.
I say go for it!

Where would you buy these garters. Who sells them. Worse, who thinks those are sexy anymore. Is she wearing a poodle skirt with her hair in a bun also. I would think it was just weird, to weird for me. I would ask for the check and run.

From a girl's point of view I would have to say that it is sexy. My boyfriend loves it when I wear one of my garter belts.

I would think it was none of my business what she was wearing unless she made it my business. Then it would be what I would consider inviting, otherwise how would I know what she was wearing and also what is the purpose of wearing sexy items if not to enhance the moment.

Well, to me, I wouldn't really care one way or the other. I would probably ask her if she wore them for fun or show, or if she wore them to actually hold her stockings up. I don't think there's anything inherently slutty about wearing them, though.

I would just think of it as their own style, either that or a way to keep your tights on :). But really, even if you were wearing them to feel sexy, there's nothing wrong with that!

i wouldnt judge anyone for something they wear. maybe she likes wearing them and it makes her feel confident about herself. Ask her sometime why she wears them, you may be surprised to hear what she has to say.
