I am a Dallas resident and father of two going through a divorce. Does anyone know of support groups or other groups targeting divorced people in the area?

Look in the Dallas newspaper in the personal section, there is a lot in there. Good luck

I do not know if this will help you, I live in IL. and found a group called Divorce Care. they offer classes to get you back on your feet, I just started a new class, happy I did.
Try,.. Divorce Care.com like I said I do not know if they have any classes down there but it just might get you on the right track. These are usually held at a church, you might want to call your local church's. Best to you.

First, good for you!

Second: churches of your denomination are wonderful sources for support.

My suggestions are to contact Focus on the Family, they will give your some wonderful contacts.

The second is: MEND Home (Dallas/Fort Worth)

"Hooters" has lots of understanding and well endowed women who will bring you beer and chicken wings to ease your pain. Who knows, they might even breastfeed your children too.
