getting a friend over to fix my computer,i think it needs a complete overhaul and maybe some software discs are wearing out but shes steadfastly refusing to let this guy come over, her reason? im bothering him!! i have a $1000 e machine ands a printer,i dont tjink that im going to let this expensive machine break down just so my mother doesnt hear me say" i think theres something wrong with my computer"!

why cant i seem to even look at another guy its like im soo stuck on this one guy that .. when i look at another guy its just a guy and i never see them as anything more than friends.. its all about this one certain guy but i really dont think that he likes me.. he says we are friends and stuff but sometiems i think he only says that to make me feel better and with out talking to him i feel like nothing and i really would like to move on .. and find someone else. but its wierd normally i could look at vin diesel and think man hes hot now im just like whatever ((hes)) a cutie . and i love his personallity.. i have never been like this

I've been miserabley married for 19 years and have three children. I've never loved my husband. I got married when I was only 18.He and I don't agree on anything.He is very educated and he's actually a Dr.I've stayed home to raise the children.He treats me very badly and always yells and puts me down.I have no confidence and very low self esteem.He always tells me that I'm stupid and could never do anything.2 years ago I became very depressed and anxious.He suddenly became very nice and supportive.But when I started getting better he went right back to his old self.I feel like I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place.He is a really great provider (nice home and cars) and is good to the kids most of the time.But I just can't take living like this anymore. He's always making insulting comments and can never show me any affection.My children adore me and I live for them.1 year ago I got a prt time job.(feel better).Can't have a simple conversation with him without him getting angry.

answers with an open mind? I mean how can one gain wisdom if we are so attached to our fears, insecurities, and selfish desires. : ]

Along the way in life, I've figure that feelings shouldn't have as much importance as we think they do, because they are irrational a lot of the times. It is only when we can find so much love and compassion within ourselves that we are no longer selfish and have risen above our fears and securities. If we are no longer controlled by irrationality, then who would know what would happen.

I met this girl and we exchanged e-mails. We sent messages for about two weeks and then exchanged phone numbers. We seem to click very well and we are planning to meet up in a couple of weeks. The problem I have is that I am an amputee (leg) and I haven't told her. I know, I know.... but should I tell her as soon as possible and how do I bring up the topic. I am not shy nor insecure about my disability, I just didn't want her to have any preconcieved notions about who I am without getting to know me first.

my best friend and her ex dating for 9 months and broke up about a year ago.
now her ex is pursueing me (sp?) i explained to him that her friendship means the world to me
now recently she wont pick up my calls, she wont respond to my messages, but she doesnt even know whats going on
i love her to death and i know she has a right to be mad at me even though im not even dating him but for just thinking about it,
but the other day her ex told me that its unattractive of me to bring her into our relationship, and im conflicted with what he said

About 2 years ago, my husband was ran over by an asphalt roller up to his pelvis. He was in ICU for 10 days and rehab for 2 weeks. He was in a wheeler chair for several months. You would have thought that would have brought us so much closer but instead has drove us farther apart. Has anyone heard of this before or any suggestions. I feel like I have to do all the work around the house. He does not make his kids help because they are only here every other week. I am tired and worn out. Then he decided to start a business. Now he picks and choices what he wants to do for that business and will leave me with the rest.
He tells me he is no longer in love with me after I have done for him and stood by his side through the accident. We try to talk and all we do is fight. He will not see a marriage counceler because we been there once. When we were done with the session each night, it would not be a pleasant ride home. He would yell at me for discussing my feelings. Help!

People compliment me on the street sometimes saying I'm pretty and beautiful/sexy and stuff, but they wouldn't talk to me other than that or ask me out... Is it normal to have anxiety when your the one who broke up with your boyfriend/girlfriend? Selling the house, car... where do you go... I broke up with my boyfriend because I don't think there is anything left for us, the love is gone. He doesn't feel the same way, but couldn't live with the arguing anymore. My friend is so upset over this guy that she's completly in love with that happens to be one of her best friends well she kinda missed her chance with him because it appears he's moved on. To make a long story short she thought she was over him but apparently its making her have dreams and stuff and she's getting so upset.
I don't know what to do anymore, I love this girl to death as a friend (and yeah little does she know way more) I can't stand seeing her like this though, she's letting her feelings of loss or whatever consume her life and stuff, what should I do or say to her to make her feel better?

I'd do just about anything at this point people!

Me and my BF have 2 small children, one 3 yrs and the other 4 mos. We all live together (in his house) and I just went back to work from a partial-paid maternity leave. My BF pays the house-pmt and therefore expects me to pay all the rest of the bills, including all utilities, car pmt, health ins, medical copays, daycare, etc, etc. I know his house pmt is a lot but trying to afford all these bills on top of baby formula (which can cost up to $6 or more per day) is not working for me and I am struggling deeply, somedays not eating. My daycare cost is $1000 per mo .and I asked him to at least help with this and he said "no that I choose to work so I need to pay for the expense. " He complains that he never gets ahead because he has to "borrow" me money for the kids expenses that I should be taking care of because of him paying the house payment. He makes a lot more than me. Recently he said that I either get a new job and stop borrowing from him or move out. What should I do?

i have been dating this guy on and off for 25 months..yesterday we talked and figured out that we are not on the same page..he told me that he is scared to be in a serious relationship since all his relationships were not that long lived or turned serious. i asked him what he wanted and he told me that he wants out. i told him okay, he thought that i would be mad at him yet the truth is that i was not. when he broke up with me i did not cry nor show any emotion as though nothing happened. my friends which includes my ex' sister as one of my best girlfriends said that maybe i do not know how to react to it. i was thinking about how when we would break up i would burst into tears in my own room yet this time i did not. i have moved on with my life already and am focusing more on grades than a break up and i know it sounds mean but how come i cannot show any emotion about the break up? i have not cried since, moved on, and am pretending that he does not exist.he wants to be friends though

Okay here's the story.Im in AVID and for AVID we're going to go to a filedtrip this Saturday to a football game.I let my mom know and she said she will let me go.Today when she picked me up from school I told her what time is she going to go to West Covina and she said 3:00pm so I said okay I will walk to school for the game she said no your not your going with us to West Convina and I told her what the hell I always go with you everywhere why can't I just get a day for myself and she said too bad your not going and I got mad.Im not talking to her.Anyways is there anyway I can convince her to let me go to the game the only way I know is letting my dad know so he can talk to her and let me go because he is a very nice father but he's sleeping and my mom won't let me wake him up.So any ideas that have worked for you?THANKSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

But that's what everyone thinks now! We live in a small town and now everyone thinks I'm some skank who cheats on her husband as a matter of fact they say I'm having an affair with one of my co workers but I'm not. We went to dinner a couple of weeks ago and the other day we kissed but there is no affair going on and these rumors aren't helping my marriage since my husband is already mad at me and has moved into another bedroom.
