why cant i seem to?

why cant i seem to even look at another guy its like im soo stuck on this one guy that .. when i look at another guy its just a guy and i never see them as anything more than friends.. its all about this one certain guy but i really dont think that he likes me.. he says we are friends and stuff but sometiems i think he only says that to make me feel better and with out talking to him i feel like nothing and i really would like to move on .. and find someone else. but its wierd normally i could look at vin diesel and think man hes hot now im just like whatever ((hes)) a cutie . and i love his personallity.. i have never been like this

Since he said he only wants to be your friend, you have no choice but to move on.
I know it is hard to love someone and not get that love in return. More than likely you are infatuated with this person and have a big crush on him. Its hard to really know if you are IN LOVE with someone unless you really know that person WELL.
Just take some time for yourself and don't worry about getting a boyfriend. When the right person comes along, you both will know it.
