People compliment me on the street sometimes saying I'm pretty and beautiful/sexy and stuff, but they wouldn't talk to me other than that or ask me out... I'm 18 years old and I'm nice and generous and would never cheat/backstab anyone but no one knows that since they don't give me a chance, everyone my age has bf or more than one probably, I don't know why I can't get one... Is there anyone who can help?!

You can be tooo pretty. would you want the most handsome man ? just think how many others would want him too. and then he knowing this he would probably be not that nice to be with.

It's great that you are a nice person, but how do you act around other people? You might be giving of the impression that you are not wanting a relationship. Even if it's out on in the open that you want somebody to love, you may give the impression of over zealous need, and that can attract the wrong guy. If you don't have any guy friends, try acting confident in your ability to get a guy and they will fall over you. If you do have any guy friends, hang out with them and their friends, your sure to get some attention.In the end, you do have the ability to find the right guy. It's probaly not even you, there might be amny guys who don't want to embarress themselves by proclaiming their feelings. Just believe in yourself and things will fall into place. You don't really need anyone like that yet, not because of peer pressure, no, you need to find yourself peace first. So keep your chin high, and don't give up! You said that people complement you on the streets, that tells me that they don't know you. So if they're telling you that, then you must be attractive. You sound like a good person to be around, so you must be in the category of being too attractive (that does exist). If you're that darn pretty then it could cause people get intimidated by you or just have them assume that you already have someone in your life.
That happened to me this summer, I met a woman who was RIDICULOUSLY beautiful and just kept saying to myself, "how the hell am I going to approach her?".
