My father passed away and left me a condo. there is a father,mother and 3 children living there. I had them sign a month to month agreement on which I give them 30days to vacate the premisses. My boyfriend and I live together and it is not working out and I want to move into my condo.
If they don't want to leave. what do i do?

Hello. I’m Freddy 21. I find myself hard to sleep. It’s almost 6 am. Suddenly I think bout my mom. I had a terrible past before I moved out from home.
Mom & dad divorced since I was 5. After divorced I must live with both of them because I’m the only child of them. I went to dad’s house after school. In the evening mom picked me up & sleep with her.
Mom is not alcoholic or gambler or else. She was a career woman, expertise in technology. But she has something else, she liked to hurt me.
Ex: Punched my head with keys when I was 5 till its bleeding. Teacher got me medicine. Hit me with belt till my back bleeding, knock my head to wall till my nose bleeding, hit me with hanger, woods till it’s broken, shower me with hot water, did something rough with scissors which-you-don’t-wanna-know. Said rude things like, she is my mom & she is the only one who has right to kill me. She did those horrible things 6 days a week.
She said I must not tell to my dad, or she’ll do worst.

like him and he's very outgoing and talks to alot of girls but he is always asking me stuff like why won't i pay more attention to him (jokingly.) He starts the conversation often and taught me how to do a handshake. Everytime we walk past each other he'll look at me and if I look back at him, he'll say something funny to me. Today during our break he came over by me and my friends and started playing basketball with us. And also today when he went to go get a soda he asked me if I would watch his food for him. He says we're tight and "buddies" and I told him he has too many buddies and he was like their just friends and I walked away and he jokingly said i was breaking his heart! My teacher asked me wut i was doin this wkend and I said being bored and he heard and told me that i have his permision to call him. He asked if I had his number and I said my bro does (he does). But I called him an hour ago and he hung up on me for no reason so i called back and he didnt answer.

I am at home with a work related injury and with my three children. I confronted my husband over a personal matter and he dropped this bomb on me. I can't beleive he did not tell me.
We have had trouble in the past about him not telling me things and I find out later. yes i am mad. Its not the fact that he ate lunch its he kept it hidden. Three months is a long time and he wants me to just drop it.

is an open relationship good even though your partner is one fo those really good mormon type of people that dont party, cheat, drugs.....my gf is leaving for college that isnt that far like about 2 hours maybe less but still that means she wouldnt be here to hang out with....she is more of a school girl and would rather study her whole freshman year so she doesnt fail or anything...so having me would just be slowing her down in her studies.....do you think i should try to make it an open relationship or not.....we started from nothing...i met her junior year and now we dated for 1 year.....and both of us do believe in marital sex...so i we can wait....but its just the distance part that i need help on....

i ahve this male friend,hes strickly a platonic friend of mine.Anyway we reconected about 3 months ago and ever since hes been very anxious to meet up and hang out together.i,ve been puting him off because i hear from him once or twice a month and i dont think thats being a real friend.he called me 2 nights ago and he told me he would come see me all the time but yet he doesnt even call me all the time.i dont get that? what do you guys make of my friend??

My soon-to-be MIL is insisting on helping me plan my wedding when me nor my fiance want her to help. She's actually trying to convince me to wear a wedding dress that I hate! It's big and white and very poofy and it'd make me look like a little kid and then she wants my hair in to buns aganist my head one on each side and have them braided and then have a long fancy veil. It'll look like I'm playing dressup. And she wants the MOH, bridesmaids, junior bridemaids and flower girls to wear theese dresses that are the same style as the dress she wants me to wear but pink. She wants their hair to be in pig-tails.

How can we tell her that we hate the dress ideas and we hate how controlling she's being. We tried telling her and she gushed "Oh Taylor your going to look so cute." and then pinched my cheeks. HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!

I'm 15 right now, by the way. Ever since I was a little kid, my parents have always been strict with me about girls and relationships. Now I've been in a meaningful relationship for the past 2 months and homecoming is coming up in about 3 weeks. I was just wondering if there is anyone that could tell me how to present this to my parents. Anything I should say that'll make them see with me eye-to-eye. They've been really strict about girls ever since I was 7. No girls whatsoever, no talking to them, no playing around with them, I can't even go to birthday parties with girls and I am frustrated out of my mind to how to come out and tell them I have a girlfriend, I want them to be fine with me, and I want to go to homecoming with her. My gf and I have been on a long distance relationship for about a year now, I was friends with her before and always had a bit of a crush on her. We started our relationship and it was brilliant, I get to see her about every month for a few days and the first time was excellent. She's leaving her family and friends and moving in with me very soon and now I'm getting worried about a few things and remembering some of the bad points of what happened previous. 1. She was thinking of her ex bf a few months ago then saw him and asked if I thought it was a sign. 2. She said she had to leave a club cuz she was getting randy with the guys in there 3. She tells me she had sex with one of my best friends just before we started going out 4. Talking on the phone she sometimes just stops listening and listens to a chat happening in another room 5. I'd sms her and she just won't reply for hours on end. I'm starting to get really worried about moving in with her. Am I just being pathetic?

My sister and I were raised together until our parents divorced when I was six. When our parents divorced, I stayed with mom and she got to live with dad. We would see each other frequently, until five or six years ago when my dad and sister moved out of the country. In november my dad died in a car accident and my sister had to move with us again. she showed alot of signs of liking me i berly know her but now all she does is ignore me and hang on this other guy that is her friend (there not GF and BF) could she be playing hard to get she still steals a glace at me sometimes and walk really close to me (in my personal space) and brush up agaisnt me a couple of times dont know if its on purpose or what but she lets me get close enough to her to touch her

Here's the deal: I have a HUGE crush on this guy at work. I've never had any trouble attracting men before; it's always come naturally. Usually I had problems with too MANY guys interested in me at once. Well, this guy is super nice, smart, I think he's hot (maybe not in the traditional sense, but to me he is), funny, you name it. I feel so out of my element! I can't stop thinking about him! Is this nuts? Or is this just major attraction? And... I just don't know what to do! My self-confidence is incredibly shaky right now; I don't want him to think I'm pathetic. :) I guess I'm so used to having the shoe on the other foot, and now that he's not going ga-ga over me (I'm hoping it's because it's a work situation), I feel so insecure.

Do you think it's possible that I've never been in love before? Is that why this feels so unfamiliar to me? Any words of encouragement/ practical advice appreciated!

There have been many issues with my parents. Ever since I was 12, there have been many arguments with my step-dad and mother. I have taken responsibility for my actions and agreed to change my attitude. Lately, now that I am getting closer to the age of 18 (I'll be 18 in 6 months), their punishment for my actions have grown in intensity. I have a girlfriend and she and I are very much in love. When my dad caught me making out in front of the house, he went ballistic and destroyed my cellphone. I thought it ended there, but the next day, he destroyed my playstation 2 for the same reason! I was devastated. But things cooled down. He bought me a new phone 2 months later. But when I came home from eating with my girlfriend's dad, my dad accused of lying to my mom about where i was. This is false. But, he didn't care and broke the new phone. He is extremely violent and calls me names and threatens to throw me out. My girlfriend wants me to move in with her. My mom wants me to stay. Help

Ok, I'm male too, I admit, I have looked at porn, but my 19 year old son is looking at porn almost all night, every night on the web. He is looking at freaky stuff too. I'm starting to think he has a problem. how do I know? Everything that goes on with MY internet feeds through my system so I can see who is doing what on the web.

So how much is too much, should I confront him, cut him off, or leave it alone?

Last summer we almost got sued for his illegal downloading music, so I setup a spy system. He would not stop not matter how much I threatned him, when we got a letter from an attorney, he finally stopped it and got freaked out. However, now he sits up all night watching porn, this can't be healthy?

I'm open for ideas, what would you do?

I'm having trouble accepting that I may never be able to say the few things I have left to say to someone who has hurt me very deeply. Even if I do get the chance to say these words directly I know I may not get the response I'm hoping for, which is just a sincere "I'm sorry". I wrote a letter hoping that just getting it out of myself would help, even if the letter never gets read. And it did, but not by much. Part of me still thinks I would feel better if it was read. But, I don't have an address to send it to so unless I purposely go to where I can find him that's not going to happen. He has my things and makes plans to return them, but cancels & will most likely bring by when I'm not home if at all. And I think that running around looking for someone and calling them sort of defeats your intentions of trying to let go. Will I really have to just sit and wait for time to heal this? Any advice from people who have been able to do this successfully?
