My father passed away and left me a condo. there is a father, mother and 3 children living there. I had them sign a month to month agreement on which I give them 30days to vacate the premisses. My boyfriend and I live together and it is not working out and I want to move into my condo.
If they don't want to leave. what do i do?

Give them a 30 day notice to vacate the premises. After that 30 days is up start eviction proceedings against them. Most never get that far. Its not always the easiest thing being a landlord but if youre too nice people will take advantage of you. Good luck

I would give them 60 days to vacate the premises. Only because that seems fair. That gives them time to find a place that suits them without just choosing a place for the sake of time. It also gives you ample time to get a good lawyer. Good luck!

you don't want to do anything without a lawyer. And when you go to see him say to him that you need LEGAL ADVICE, not LEAGLE ADVISE
