I wanted to get an idea of what women's thoughts were on things like style of clothing, career, drinking/smoking habits, personality traits, grooming and other non-critial aspects of a man.

What works for you?

I just found out yesterday that a very good friend of mine broke up with her boyfriend because he was abusive. She says that she needs me as her friend more than ever, but in this situation I am at a loss as to what to say to her. What would be the best advice/comforting words that I can give her in her time of depression??

Recently, My fiance's daughter in her 30s moved in with her two children. The daughter uses profanity constantly and yells at her boys constantly. The older child hits the smaller child on a constant basis and is disruptive and is not disciplined. The father of one of the children is in prison for drug use and sales. The other father is not responsive to wanting the older child to move in with him. They are not my relatives yet, and it is getting on my nerves. I am not responsible for them, but my fiance felt it was necessary to "rescue" them. Now she regrets their presence because it has disrupted our quiet existance. They are annoying, we don't really have the room for them, and they are eating us out of house and home. I don't see where it is my place to discipline the boys and the daughter seems to not have control and gets upset and violent over the slightest thing. She played a video called Borat, and the content was very inappropriate for the boys to watch. Any suggestions?

My wife and I have been together almost 7 yrs, married almost 6...She was an internet bride...I never met her two kids (a son and daughter both adults) til after we were married...I don't think they knew about me til after we were living together - before we wed.

My problem is I want to be more involved with her side of the family, but I can't get close...I mentioned this desire to my wife, but she kind of shrugged it off, saying that they still had issues with their dad, who has since died.

It is frustrating to be almost a non-entity with her family...I feel almost like a stranger - with her son and daughter anyway - on the few occasions when we've gotten together...We're in CA, they're on the E. coast...Anyone have any ideas or suggestions on how to let these kids know that I would like to be a part of their lives - even a little bit more than it is now.
Thank you.

I have 2 children. The oldest is 18 and just moved in with me in Louisiana to attend college. The other is 16 and lives with her mother in Texas. I bring home 781.00 a week. I pay trucknote for my son of 232.00 & auto insurance ,207.00 plus his gas, provide home, food, etc. but b/c he is 18 it doesnt count for anything im assuming in the eyes of the court.

My child support was set in La. at 600.00 a month 10 years ago for both children but now my ex wife who has since moved to TX, makes at least or more than I do. I dont know exactly what she makes but its somewhere between 80-100K a year.

My 16 yr old daughter now wants a car and I was going to buy her one and pay the insurance for her as well but I thought the only fair thing was to cut the child support in half (300.) since I am raising my son. xwife sent me a msg. saying that she was going to take me back to court because she wants the total amt + more since its only 1 child & if I dont buy the car she will poison

Me and boyfriend have recently started having sex (both 18, been going out 7 months), I managed not to have any sexual contact with anyone before him e.g. just kissing so do you think I should get a STD tests done, we use condoms and I’m on the pill but the condom broke once and he’s slept with 2 other girls before me.

He said to me the other day that he’s going to the doctors to get a medical and tested for diseases and stuff and I know he’s getting a blood test, do you think that’s his hint of him getting tested for STD’s, does a ‘medical’ (in the UK) account for STD’s??

I will ask him when I see him Monday (long-distance) how the doctor stuff went and obviously if he says he has something I will than get tested for definite. But if he says he’s all clean of everything would it be ok to have unprotected (only for oral) sex?

Is sex better with your mate or someone you really don't know. Explain. Why do men fantasize about having sex with strippers, prositutes, or other women outside of there relationship or marriage? Why can't men refuse sex from a woman, except for they are a dog? SERIOUS ANSWERS ONLY, PLEASE.

This is my problem...me and my fiance got an apartment together and the rent is 400 a month and have already put 200 down for part of the rent cause the guy that we are renting it from didn't want a down payment...when i told my mom that i was moving out she totally freaked and started yelling at me and what not...i am 19 and my fiance is turning 18 on this coming tuesday (9/11). I have a job that is paying 8.50/ hr and is a full time job. my fiance right now works at Dairy Queen and is making below minimum wage. I am trying to get him working where i am working so that we both will be making decent money. We only have one vehicle at the moment and its a 1989 Ford Ranger. The only things that we have to pay for a month is rent (400), insurance(100 i think), and food. The 400 for rent covers everything....What i am really asking is do you think that we could make it on our own...my mom thinks we can't but thats just one person...My fiance's parents and sisters totally support it and are

What would you do if, hypothetically, you were sprawled out naked on your bed, lost in a fantasy and pleasuring yourself, knowing you had taken every precaution to make sure the bedroom door was locked. Except you didn’t. And all of a sudden your 13 year old daughter burst into the room with a 14 year old neighbor boy right behind her. How would you handle that? Hypothetically.

She is probably worth a million so she can afford it. My SIL came to my hubby's 40th birthday dinner and picked him a flower off a bush in front of the restaraunt and she is the Director of Risk Management for a Hospital and makes about $75K. What do I say or do to his family? PS ~ I am a strong Christian so nothing ugly, please. Blessings!

And they are serious. I am a 30yo 'good girl' (drug-free, mentally stable, in good shape, have a great job). And my parents are just middle class 'normal' people.

I find it too hard to live on when my parents don't want me to exist in this world. Help.

Help!I never told my fiancee that i had a son from a prior relationship.I did not tell him because i was embarrassed since i got pregnant when i was 20 yrs old by an ex.bf during a fling and gave birth right before i turned 21 yrs old.It was awful my ex.bf had been my first real bf ect.. so i trusted him but he never mentioned his new gf.I was humiliated by all the drama it caused.Five months after i gave birth i met my current bf now fiancee when i returned to college we became friends and study buddies.Another 5 months later we started dating casually.Originally when we first started dating i just omitted this fact because it was the beginning of the relationship and i did not want to scare him away. Now its 3.5 year later and i still have not told him and it was implied that my son is my brother a fact i did not contradict!I feel really guilty how do i tell him this i never meant for this to go this far?
