What is the procedure for getting a divorce from an unseccessful arranged marriage which happened in india only after 3 months of marriage.
PS....husband lives in india & he has not gotten his visa to come to country of my residence.

We have been dating for several months now. She has fallen completely head over heels for me, and I care very much for her. I knew that she had some issues when we began dating, I just didn't know how deep the rabbit hole went. Her extended family has basically disowned her, and she is not very close with her immediate family. I have been the only one she can ever really talk to. Since we have been dating, she has had a couple of nervous breakdowns, one of which she became upset and tried to claw my arm off. She apologized profusely, and that night she cried her heart out for over an hour about all her problems, but the next morning, she couldn't remember any of what happened at all. This was a little too much for me, and I tried breaking up with her, but she begged me for a second chance, and I just couldn't say no. Also, she cannot have children, but I have realized now I do want them someday.
The truth is, I don't want to break her heart, but I don't know if I can handle all this.

My mom died a month ago. We are splitting up the personal effects like pictures (Some of them), the prized personal documents like old love letters, birth certificates, passports. parents grade cards and much more, and also handing out the things left us in the will. The family is very dysfunctional. Also the pattern is they are rude or mean or something to me, I react and get hurt or angry or upset and then I am the bad guy,.

We predict big fights and conflicts..how can I have peace and not let them get to me. I want to make color copies at kinko's of all the things like birth and marriage certificates and such and take pictures of all prized or sentimental items that are not papers so we each get a copy at least (there are 6 of us all different in personality and most strong willed and bossy) before any of these items are split up and fought over or maybe lotteries off. I offered to copy to help prevent fights and bad feeling but noone trusts me and a brother who we don't

Most of the time, it is me, myself and a computer monitor that consist of the "Universe". I am honest and open, trying to find people who will like what I have to say. well recently we had this sorta fashion show thing & i had a black fitted tank top and i let my hair loose--my hair is like really wavy and a little curly and quite long(till 3/4 of my back)..my friends were like u look really hot & yea..my friends always tell me to leave my hair loose, but since we have a uniform im supposed to tie it but sometimes i can leave it open..but i thought i should experiment with my hair to see how it would look like if i'd leave it open..so 2-3 days i left it open--then my mom told me u look really bad when u leave your hair open & when u left it open when going in the bus --u were looking ugly. i was shocked & the most strangest thing is that i know if i was looking bad someone would comment or say eww--all my friends--even people who i dont know say i have nice hair and i should leave it open instead of making a ponytail.my mom said she was embarrased of even coming out because i looked so bad when my hair was open--how could that be true?i mean teachers

I am 6 years married now with a 7 year-old kid. I got married at such an early age, 19.
So here is my problem...
I fell out of love and wanted an escape out of the relationship. But I couldn't because of my daughter and my husband loves me very much and doesn't want to let me go. So I tried to rediscover my feelings with my husband but nothing happens. We are still living together but nothing is actually happening to us. I mean, we are not active in terms of sexual aspect. I just can't do it with him anymore. We have been like this for almost two years.
I just want to clarify my situation, I am not in love with somebody else... I just fell out of love. What must I do?

I think that people do change, and over the time their feelings and life partners might change also. I have no expectations of my partner to keep me for life, and when he says this "one man, one woman" thing I think of it as of a way too strong of a statement. Am I being too nihilistic?

my husband likes playing tennis, but the problem is his ex comes to play too, and he ends up playing with her. I wasnt confortable with him being her casual friend, so he has stopped talking with her except for aunavoidabl situations like coming across her in person. the talk even then is just casual. my FEAR is that if they play together, he mite find her company more enjoyable, as I dont play that great and shes a champion. But we tried getting other people to play with, but none except the team containg hthis girl seem to be sticking to their schedule. Now I feel guilty that he is not going and getting unhealthy fat all because of me and my marrow mindedness. On the otherhand, I am scared to let go too.
Problem is my husband is not artful at talking. To everyone, he jus sopeaks his mind out, its innocent and frank, but sometimes it hurts. sentences will be like shes so good, but just this thing was not working,. so there was no way we could have continued.
