now he gets mad when i call him.i've requested that we follow through w/devorce.or get counseling and to get back together.he tells me,we will talk on this next day off.once again i get nothing and when he does finally answer my call,his attitude and tone are very angry,i think he's meet someone else.what is your opinion?

Whether he has met someone else or not is not the issue now. He is not interested anymore to reconcile the marriage or get back together with you.
Get your lawyer to talk to him. If that doesn't work, get the judge to talk to him.

My feeling is that there is someone else... it may not be serious yet but he is keeping you at hand til he figures if this new person is the one... if it doesn't work with the new person he has you still there... this is very common... clear a glass.
I would see if i could catch him in the act... simple, accidently be in the right place at the wrong time... wont be your fault, won't hurt a thing... I'm not talking like he is having sex or anything but just things like dinner out or 3 hour phone calls... this was a hard one to answer... I hope this helped!!!

He probably has found someone new - why don't you just take the initiative and call your attorney and get a court date to proceed with the divorce. It's been 11 months, you two aren't getting back together.

Finalize the divorce, get some counseling to help yourself heal and have a wonderful life without him. You should move on 'cause I believe he has already.
