One Indian girl filed for divorce for not living with her husband for 4 years. After filing, plenty of adjournments and in the due course she met another person became intimate and he wants to marry her. I heard that it is legal if a girl awaiting divorce gets married under protection that she married for safety,security and as protection. But if a man gets married before the divorce procedure is over - it is illegal. So can the girl get married-- yes or no. Only Indian legal professionals answer pls.

but now I'm starting to wonder. Ever since my husband and I married 2 years ago, we've had a string of difficulties. For example, 2 totalled cars, open heart surgery, broken teeth, needing to make extensive house repairs and the like. We exercise, eat right, pray every day, are positive do and everything a person is 'supposed' to do, but we can't get a break. Amazingly, we're closer than ever and have a very strong marriage.

I consulted a 'psychic' yesterday and was told that his ex-wife cursed us because we've been so happy together.

What do you think about this? If you think it's a curse, how can we break it?

Without making him feel that I am picking on her? Her, and my inlaws, came to spend the weekend with us. As usual, after 45 minutes of her being there the house was in total chaos. She runs from one end of the house to the other. She plays hide-n-seek (with herself). She does cartwheels and she rolls on the floor with her head buried in the carpet. When my inlaws tell her to stop, she won’t stop right away. She’ll sit and stare them in the eyes and THEN stop, but only for 5 minutes or so. She does the same thing to my husband, whom she takes as a total joke. She hangs off my mother inlaw, literally, and acts like an infant that needs to be nursed. She plays with my mother inlaw’s ears and nose and that is how she falls asleep, in my mother inlaw’s lap. As usual, the adults were playing cards and it was late (after 10 p.m.). This child ran in and out of the guest bedroom back to where we were and was trying to manipulate my mother inlaw so she could come to bed, because she was sleepy.

I have been with him almost three years, I have built my life around him. I just moved to a little town in the middle of nowhere for him. He has lost my trust because I found him on singles websites, tells girls he's single in his chats, looks for singles on myspace, and looked at a call girl website. I don't know exactly how long this been going on and I don't know if he's cheated, but how can I be sure when he says he hasn't. I've had my doubts about him since christmas when he receive a sexy photo from a girl on his cell phone. He hardly ever wants to be intimate with me and I'm an attractive young woman. He told me he has a sexual addiction, I just don't know if I can handle this anymore. I believe he's going to have problems the rest of his life and I don't know if it's worth the pain. He wants me to give him another chance. This is a fork in the road for me, I can go one way or the other and I need to make my decision today or tomorrow. I need advice.

My hubby and I have been having problems with trust for awhile now. He's a bit of a flirt and has a history of cheating (his previous wife). Well...to be honest, I accessed his email over the past weekend. We had gotten into a fight about his flirting and I wanted to see if my fears had anything behind it. He had written down his password months ago but left it out by mistake. I remembered it and I checked it out of curiousity. What I found really upset me. Now...I am not the person to snoop. I've never done it and never intended to. I just trusted him, until now. Something felt odd about the way he was being flirted with at a party. He set up a profile to an adult dating site just last week. I logged onto the site and he listed his marital status as "I'll tell you later" and he is specifically looking to hook up, nothing more. I know what I need to do but how do I confront him? I found the information by being sneaky.

I was with my ex for nearly 2 years, we broke up and we were still friends, but then i went after him and he really humiliated me infront of his friends and new lady friend. So after that i didnt speak to him for a while. But then i rang him up a few weeks after, and i said i still love him and think about him, and he said hes going out with someone and all he thinks about is me and everything reminds him of us and that he still loves me. So after that i met up with him, thinking i still had a chance to get back and he said no and that he doesnt love me the way i love him and the way he used to. If he still thinks about me, why is he with someone else, why didnt he wanna get back with me, i dont know why im still in love with him after all hes put me through. He said he loved me and he said he doesnt, how can he have moved on so fast. Is he in a rebound relationship? My husband and I were married a year ago. Things have been up and down in our first year of marriage but together we have worked hard to make things better. In mid-July, my husband's cousin called me to ask me if she could come live with us b/c she was in a bad relationship and she was trying to start a better life. She lived in GA and we are in NC. She put me on the spot so immediately I said yes feeling like I didn't want to be the "bad guy". She moved in. She's 19 years old with no work experience and finding a job has been difficult for her. She stays online 24/7 meeting people from our area on myspace etc. She eats our food, uses our electricity etc. but has no way to pay for anything. I have talked to my husband about it but he says that family is important and we need to stick by her but I get the feeling that she is going to take advantage of the situation. Ultimately it is my fault for saying yes, but what do I do now? I don't want my husbands cousin to come b/w our marriage.

I've been married 7 yrs.(a 2nd marriage for both of us) and we are christians. Yet, my husband can't keep his eyes off of pretty girls and women. He is not offended by movies with nudity and calls me a prude when I object to him watching them. He has no consideration for my feelings. I'm hurt and lonely. Some friends say I should leave him, but I do love him. He also has a fetish which he satisfies partly by what he views on youtube.
