The town I was married in who has the marriage license or the town we signed it in with the witness before we were married?

For some reason I remember you talking about your situation before, and living in a terrible apt with terrible neighbors, etc...

You file for divorce in the County where you have resided for the past 90 days, or whatever the residency requirements are. As long as you have a valid marriage within the US, it doesn't matter where you got married in the divorce proceedings. Contact the Family Court in your area to get the specific residency requirements and maybe even some pre-printed forms to file the divorce pro se.

where you are living at now is fine all you need is a divorce lawyer.
