Well let me just say i have been asking him to collect his stuff for the past 2 months and when he finally did he still hasn't given my key back!. And as for the screaming down the drive way....AS IF!! Why after 3 years do blokes do this????

Guys dont like to deal with the messy things.

They will likely obey a command to get a suitcase or a box. That is all you need, really. Pack up his things, in a box or suitcase. Tell him to pick it up. or drop them off where he is. Why do you have to be there? There is no need for rehashing scenes, or getting the last digs or barbs in one last argument.

As for the key, his mind has dealt with that a long time ago. What is the first thing to do when you are kicking someone out of your house? Right- change the locks.

Was he screaming? or did he make his car screech and rattle and roll? If that is all , I suppose that is sort of well, not too bad an end of the relationship.

Men, just tend to wake up in the morning and their lives have moved on. maybe he didn't want to pick his stuff up, it would only remind him of the past. You should ask for his keys back, or change your locks.. I tell you what if it was someone else, would have had his stuff in black bin liners and out in the garbage..

Immaturity. Since he has gotten his belongings out and hasn't returned the key, change the locks. Less drama and easy to do yourself.

Good luck

because he still loves you and can't let you go and he knows that even though you may be 99% sure you don't want him back that 1% keeps him hagen on.

The need to defend his inadequacy?
Self-delusion?
