now her inlaws hv taken all her money n have written to the home office to withdraw the case to get her the british citizenship,no reply has cm fm home office on wether to give her the nationality r to deport her,what action can she take

Tell her to go and see a solicitor... i am sorry for your friend for what she is going through, these sort of cases in England are common. She must go and see a solicitor, he is the only one who can give advise. If the home office hasn't replied then they will soon. Has she any family in England that she can live with to be more safe. Tell your friend if they try to harm her to ring the police, and not to tolerate any bullying. If they are blackmailing her for a divorce, let them, she will still get what she is owed. Tell your friend to go and see solictor. Good luck
