Not sure what you are referring to, however I happen to know several who are not married and are guided by the Holy Ghost. They have dedicated their lives to going exactly like Jesus taught his apostles to go, two by two, giving up all they have and living amongst the people of their faith for their entire life.
No this is not the J.W. or other such religion either.

So you want her filled with the Holy Ghost but living in sin. The question really should read, "Are there any hypocritical Christian women out there willing to give it up before marriage?"
