I've been married for just over 4 years now.
We have a son who just turned 3 and I started a new job closer to home that also makes more money.
Well, this weekend she went out and didn't come home till 5 a.m.
I grilled her all day Sunday on where she was, etc.
Finally yesterday she told me that she's been cheating on me for about a year and she was moving out by October 1st..
I went through this in my first marriage, but we were also so young. Now I'm in my 30's and have a child with her.
Oh, man... how can people be so damn cruel?

On our world, it is rare for a manand a woman to find true love. some men are faithless bast*rds and some women are faitless ******s. Do u believe that if a relationship loses its magic, is divorce the only way out? d

would you like your "wifey" (your main girl basically living as your wife) to be a freak or a lil timid?

Or, do you return it back to the unbetrothed man?

If you DO keep it, it is considered as "income" according to Federal Income laws.
Have you ever declared a kept Diamond Engagement ring as "income" for tax purposes on your return?

(this question is prompted by a segment that just appeared on Fox News where their legal analyst, Liz Wiehl, clarified that an Engagement Ring (from a cancelled engagement) that is not returned but, kept by the bride-to-be because she claims it as being "given to her", is "income" and should be declared on her tax return.)

Men and Women can answer this question: What if your spouse hired a prostitute to have sex with him/her? Do you consider this cheating? Why or why not?

I mean what does she expect him to do? Or perhaps she doesn't think he has the guts to do it is that why she would be taken aback? Her actual reply was "I don't know I've got a lot on my plate at the moment" that basically means no so why the surprise? If she doesn't want to go out with the guy then she shouldn't be making eye contact and smiling all the time

I have a 7 mos old baby girl. Me and her father split when she was born. I allow him to see her anytime he wants to. I do not have an order for child support and he has only done limited things for her. Since she been born he has only seen her 41 times out of 212 days. His mother wants her to come to her house and visit. I tell her no I don't feel comfortable letting her go over her house. Because of certain things that have happen there. I do not stop her or her father from coming over and seeing her. I also offered to drop my child off at her great grandmothers house(father's grandma) so they can spend time with her. They say if I don't feel comfortable leaving her at their house then they won't see her. I am trying to compromise by letting them see her and even offering another safe haven without me by letting her go to her great grandma's house so they can spend time with her. They say I am being a *****, But I am trying to let them see her. She doesn't really know them. Am I fair?

I'm not gettin these men. I'm a good woman maybe to good. I have a husband and he aint livin up to his standards. I say this because he has everything a person could want for what is considered a good life. But looks for ways to ruin it. I see this in a lot of men never happy with what that have. I see that they can keep relatsionships alive so they want to move on to other woman. And when they find out that they already had what there lookin for they want to come back. Just sick

Okay, My ex girlfriend. I like really really liked her alot. But we only went out for 1 week. She broke up with me because she said we didn't see each other enough. But the real reason her crush(which WAS my best friend) told me was that she broke up with me because she didn't like me enough to say "i love you". So about maybe a month later i started liking her alot again. But 2 days ago my freakin so called best friend asks her out. So his and my other best friend call my cell, and he leaves a message saying "I'm sorry but, Dude i hooked gabby and shaun up. They're very much in love. I'm sorry dude. No hard feelings." How should i feel about this? Mad? Sad? Angry? I even told my real best friend about it and he said that i should be mad. So how should i feel about this situation?

My husband just came back from being away in training for two months. I found out (and this is a for sure yes) that he cheated on me with someone who was in his class several times. He knows I'm suspicious but I haven't told him I have the proof and I don't plan on telling him. I want my marriage and I love him. I have forgiven him in my heart and mind, that's not the problem. My problem is we are still living in the same household and will be for another three months until I can get on my feet (financially) for the sake of our children. He won't sleep in the same bed with me or give me any sign of affection (says his mind's set). He told me no matter how hard he tried I was never happy and he gets angry thinking of all our fights and the low blows I would give him and vice-versa. I told him I was over it, apologized, & that our marriage is mendable. What do I do to win his love back? Please help. (and the whore is states away back with her husband, so i dont worry about her). Help me
