We are not married but had been together for 6 years, and his name is included in their birth certificate, so i don't know what my rights would be. Also his parents are more wealthier than mine, and i'm affraid that he'll succeed, I dont know what the whole procedure would be to insure that it doesn't happen!! HELP!!

Sweetie, he can't take your kids from you. I don't know the whole procedure, but unless you're an unfit mother I'm pretty sure you'll have at least equal access to them. The courts generally favour the mother.

Good luck, I'm sorry he's doing this to you.

My suggestion would be to contact a lawyer and start custody proceedings. Unless you are an unfit mother than he will not likely get sole custody.
As their father he has every legal right that you do - especially since no custody order is in place. (Why do women always assume the kids are "theirs" alone?)
Get a lawyer - file for temporary custody, and move on to a custody hearing or arbitration. The law recognizes that the children have the right to know, be loved by, and supported by both parents -- you chose this person to procreate with, and now you to have to determine the best possible way to parent these children until they are 18.

Alot of guys make threat's just to get you going so calm down, unless you are proving to him that you are a unfit mother and not taking care of your kids you have nothing to worry about. Keep records of the things that he says or does. Becareful because if you allow him to see him without someone establishing custody than he is entitled to the children as much as you are and there is nothing you would be able to do other than fight for them in court. It's hard to prove a mother unfit so don't worry about what he says just take care of yourself and your children and remember money don't buy everything. Good luck. Also if the children are in daycare or school inform them that they are not to release the children to him.

well i dont know the whole story why the father of your kids threatened to take your kids maybe because your not a good mother to them? By the way just to know how old are your kids. Because if they are not more than 7 yrs old u have the right to take care of your kids and the father of your kids have no right to threatened you to get it from you unless you dont have right to become a good mother financially, emotionally and pschycologically.
I hope i helped you in a small way.

Well, if you haven't done anything to endanger your childrens' lives then he doesn't have a leg to stand on. Plain and simple.

Tell him his parents money doesn't impress you. And if they try to get involved and harass you, you'll sue them for their money
