well i've been with my boyfriend for five yr's also and yes i done the samething and then i realized that my ole man wasn't giving me something i needed and i just went and told him hey there's something wrong and i feel you need to do something when you've been together for awhile most people take each other for granted you need to make sure that don't happen if you love him you have to stay on the same page with each other make a day where you and him have down time like a candle lite dinner or just a night of bathing each other and telling each other what's on your minds

Yes it is normal. In fact I bet you anything that your boyfriend has thought of other women plenty of times. If you never act on your thoughts, then nothing can go wrong.

Depends on how much thinking you are doing... If it is a lot, then maybe you should reevaluate your relationship with him. Its not fair to him, because cheating is cheating, even if it is only in your mind. Plus, its not worth it to settle when you really know its not what you want, you deserve to be happy.

How old were you when you got together? If you were too young, you must be sick and tired of being together. Then, it is normal.
