my 'best friend' has turned into an ignorant, prejudice, two-faced, using tramp. (sorry if this sounds bitchy but it's true) and i want to ditch her because i can't be around her negativity anymore. talking to her won't help because the family are like it too plus she won't listen anyway.
any advice???

I moved to GA from cali w/ my five year old. The father does not pay child support or exercise his visitation rights. He just calls to yell at me all the time and make threats that he is going to take me back to court for custody. How do I change the venue to GA? And if anyone has any good contact numbers for the San Bernardino County child support office that would be great. ( I have called and left voice mails for weeks now and NO ONE ever calls me back)

So I've been with my b/f for a year and a half, and lately I feel like I'm really clingy, even though he says I'm not. I don't want to be, but like he's all I really have at college, and he knows that. So if I'm not w/ him or at class, I'm sittin in my room. I do work and am involved in clubs. But i just feel like he knows that i sit around and wait for him. He doesn't have any friends here besides me either, but he lives close to home. He does do alot for me, but not as much as he used to. Maybe I'm just bein paranoid because he does hang out with me everyday. And everything he does these days annoys me or makes me worried, and I don't know why. I just feel anxious alot and worry that something is terribly wrong with us. I don't want to push him away, and it's not like I'm the one calling him or im-ing him all the time, he always does that to me. He tells me that he'll never break-up with me and such, but what is wrong with me? Am I being too clingy?

My housekeeper and former co-worker wants to come to my wedding. Not only would it mean that her co-worker and my good friend would not be able to go (not everyone can get the night off from work), but she'll also be bringing her daughter, who will have her children with her (she'll be the mother of four very soon, most likely before my wedding). I can get over having children at my wedding, however, the reception is going to be at my Mom's house and she has clearly said there's just not enough room for children to be running around and she doesn't want to worry about having children in her house that she doesn't know, so I would not be comfortable if they did show up. So... what do I tell her? Do I invite her or not? It would be ok if it was just her, but not the kids.

Yesterday, my husband brought home the rest of our belongings that had been stored in his Mothers storage unit (we have moved recently). I came home from work at 10:30 PM to find the house pretty clean, but all this crap everywhere. His Mother, who works for Avon, apparently gave us a bunch of stuff. Now, because his Mother gave it to him, he counts it as disrespectful to get rid of it, so we have to keep it. We have a small home, which now has three desks (because his Mother gave them to us). Two are in our bedroom. Our closet is packed with his stuff. Electronics, an extra computer, music equipement, wires, golf clubs, etc.

I got so fuming this morning that I moved myself out of the bedroom. Our baby doesn't need closet space and I do, so I moved my things into it. Is it normal that I want out of that bedroom? He'll think my reason is ridiculous, but he won't move the stuff. Do you think I'm crazy?

Why or why not?

well, it's actually more like love. We've known each other for almost five years. I used to date his friend and when that relationship fizzled out we found ourselves attracted to each other and became best friends first. He treats me so well (will watch a romantic movie without complaint!!!). My mother knows that my ex and him weren't friends and she used to work with both of them, and said there were some things at work she couldn't tell me, but didn't think he was a good guy for me.
I could understand if this guy had 10 kids, tattoos all over, and didn't have a plan for the future.
He did drop out of high school, but is currently attending college, with plans for grad school soon. He is very smart.
How should i handle my mom? tell her i'm 23 years old and know what i want and can make good decisions? I'm afraid that she will never think this is a good match.

Come on, I know you're out there. And how long did the relationship last with the mistress once you were free to be together?

(I'm nobody's mistress.....just wondering.)

My best friend is going out with this guy, it's been already a year she's with him. In the beginning of the relationship they were always together and she was very happy with him but now she's not. Dec 14 he went to Morocco to visit his family for 2 months, every since he came back, he completely changed, he never calls her, every time they plan something together, he always finds a excuse not to be with her, she's always the one calling him to see how he's doing or calls him to see him. She sees him once a month, and every mondays he has days off and whenever she calls him to see him, he tells her to call back, and when she does, he's with his friends. 2 weeks ago my bf and I went to go see, my best friends bf at work (my bf and her bf are best friends too), I told him to call her and you know what he said? what do I say if it's her parents or her brothers that answers, her parents and brothers know already. And he still doesn't call her. I gave her my opinion..What else do I say?

My fiance and I got into it really badly this morning, and we both said things that shouldn't have been said. It ended with him saying that he would have me thrown out of here by the cops if I didn't leave. He also said that he refused to keep the kids with him, so if I do leave, I have to make my daughter change schools, and basically uproot their lives. Should I just leave, or should I just show him that I can be more stubborn than he can?
I don't know why he would refuse to have the kids stay with him (I would be staying with my aunt, sleeping on her couch.) I have no money to support them, and no car to transport them.

I love my wife very much and she says she loves me.

However she had a relationship which she said was just a freindship with a much older man, he used to buy her drinks and get her drunk. He has a reputation of feeling women up when they are drunk. This happened while I was away caring for my son who was very ill.

When I came back she agreed that she would not even talk to him anymore.

I just found our latest cell phone bill, she used to keep it on the internet but since it was so high last time I decided to print it out to see why.

To my horror in one month their were 131 calls between her and this old pervert. All of which happened while I was at work.

I asked her if our marriage was over and she said she would be lost without me and she doesn't know why she kept talking to him.

What should I do?

I struggle w/ my finances, but am blessed to have parents & in-laws who make it possible for me to do fun things for my kids, give them treats, etc. The problem is, that my daughter has seemed so ungreatful lately. Nothing's ever good enough. I offer her $1 for a treat, she wants something that's $2. I say we can go to the discount movies, she wonders why we can't go to the regular theater? I say she can swim for 30 min., she says why can't it be an hour? I have ended up in tears because I am so frustrated and angry. I feel bad for sarcastically saying that if I won $1million, she'd be pissed it wasn't $1 billion. I have tried so hard to instill gratitude in her and have failed miserably. I hope this is just a phase, but I feel strongly that if I don't nip this attitude in the bud right now, that it will just get worse. I can theorize all I want about how she got this way (one reason could be her father's & my impending divorce) but I need to know how to fix it!

They claim they don't want to interfere with his life (which they indirectly do anyway). So, currently he could not find a job (not sure how hard he was looking), we had a successful business but sold it three years ago. Since then have incurred more debt and lets just say it isn't pretty. Anyway, now I have to work because he has health issues (from a drinking problem, which I am happy to say he no longer does). I have a great job and have a chance to move up, which would require a transfer. He has decided to go back to school for his masters. I'm all for that, however, his parents and grandparents keep telling him he needs to stick with this and not quit, to transfer would be a mistake. When it comes to me my happiness apparently isn't that important. They were irritated when he turned down a position near them, but the pay was less than mine and I would have had to quit my job. Transferring would enable him to continue his schooling and me to make more money.

I'm a little nervous because my mom has always made a big deal everytime I bring a new guy home(its been a very long time since I brought anyone new home), but she always gets all giddy. I already met his mom(on our 3rd meeting!) Shes very ill and lives in a nursing home and I've been told by his friends that is a huge thing since he's never brought anywoman to meet his mom, espeically that soon) So I know this is serious between us....but I am worried that my mom will do or say something inapprotiate(and if she doesn't my brother will!) Any tips?

I watched and interesting show about sex the other day. It seems that unlike most creatures the human female is capable of having sex during times that will not produce an child. Now why is it that humans evolved to be able to have sex so frequntly? The prevailing theory seems to be to keep male around. Especially since human children are so weak and require so much attention, unlike other animal who are much more indepentant. Afterall, manl animals learn not only to walk, but run momeent after birth.

Since humans are so dependant as babies the female requires the the male to stay around and the biological drive of the male inclines it to want to mate as frequently as possible, women are therefore able to have sex all the time.

Now the question is if women choose to not have sex, then aren't they in fact undermining there own relationship, because this will go conflict with the biological of the human animal?

Would you stay in a relationship with no sex?

I have been dating a guy for almost a year and a half now and he proposed to me in May. I don't really fit in his family and his mom is always trying to hard to talk to me - she doesn't know how to act around me or something. I'm not in love with him, and not happy with my life with him right now - I don't know for sure weather my life would be better or worse without him but I know right now I'm not happy. He thinks I'm the only good thing in his life, and he wouldn't know what he would do without me, how do you tell someone like that, you don't want to marry them? I don't want to break his heart or for him to be lonely, I care about him a lot and don't want to hurt him, I think this is why I haven't ended it yet. Please help with any suggestions, I don't want to hurt him, and I want him to realize I'm not all he has and that other people love him and care for him - not just me. PLEASE HELP!!!!!
