My son has been with this wonderful girl since he was 15 yrs. old. They have a son, and a set of twins. The thing is that they had a falling out, and ever since then he has been obssesing about it. Cant let go, hasn't been able to come to terms with the situation, has become increasingly abusive towards her. I have tried together with his sisters to have him understand that what he is doing is unacceptable. She has tried to show him in many ways that she loves him and cares for his well being, and the kids. Unfortunately, he just cant get past certain things..Well the last straw was when my grndson called me crying that they just keep fighting. I told her that if he goes back to her house to start a fight, simply call the police and have him locked up. I also told them both that they cant continue to have the kids wittness these fights, the are being traumatized, they both should be thinking of the kids.

I have these 2 friends who live by me. We used to all be the "three amigos" but lately it seams like its differant. Lets call them Alice and Jenny. Alice always blows me off whenever I call her and Jenny doesn't want either of us to be mad at her so she stays out of it which is making it worse. When I went to a camp with them this summer they never said a word to me and they would never leave each others side. It seams like they only like each other now and won't include me in anything. What do I do?

I am having problems of what to do with this girl at my gym.She's irnian and i'm asian so we've had past incidents where we were a bit racist towards each other and judged each other ubfairly.Anyway,despite those incidents,she seems persistent in trying to get my attention,try to pop up wherever i am gaze at me at times and things of those nature.She even smiled at me on the wa out and i waved back to be polite.We have gottenon each others nerves in the past so much that i don't know how to even handle thye present,and things burn me up when i see her,so i just ignore her and don't evenlookt.Even when she is in my vision.Why would she act the way she is acting now though?From people i talk to,they all hated iranian girls for some reason.I don't base anything on their judgements,but i'm confused by her behavior.Anyway,it's losangeles,so of course you have to keep your guard up.WEhy is she acting this way?

Hi guys!! I have an 8 yr old girl and a 2 yr old boy and am due to be evicted from my house, we currently live in a 3 bedroom house where each of my children have their own room, the council expect us 2 move into a 2 bed house which means my children will have to share a room.

is this legal? what is the legal ages for them to share? I live in the uk!!

my brother is 8 years old and once on his way home from class these two kids that were about 11 or 12 started throwing lighters at him and followed him the whole way home.
after i heard about it i got really mad and decided to go find them. out of luck,i actually did.when i confronted them,they wouldnt admit it and i decided to just leave it and when i walked home they threw lighters at ME. i am 13 and mad(not in the crazy way). but since i couldnt find them i couldnt do anything about it.cept today i met them in a shop and i was wearing rollerblades so i couldnt chase them.
any advice on what i should do if i meet them again?
i want to get them to apologize to my brother cuz he was so scared. and my mom doesnt think its a big deal.

I am with a guy that i have been with for 6 years, but last year i met this guy on myspace, i cheated on my bf and now i still can not quit thinking about the other guy. We still talk and my bf doesnt know, I have 2 kids with him, but i dont really love him. I cant afford financially to leave him, can someone give me some insight into what to do?? My older sister lives with my mother, four hours away from me. Mom is in her 70's and has been feeling ill and worried about her demise. Mom listed me as top executer of her belongings, even though my sister lives with her. Neither of us really has a plan of how to handle things when the time comes. Any advice? I am in extremely bad financial condition, but mom has many assets, house, car, bank accounts and I just feel overwhelmed at the thought of dealing with all these things.

im in arelationship with amarried man of three kids,he used to tell me that he loves,cares u know all those sweet words men tell us and i can't denny da fact that 4 sometime he was pretty good to me and ieven loved him more but now im seeing sudden changes in his behaviours lyk he used to call me more than once aday without beeping him bt now ifirst beep then he calls,whenever he calls me he tells me that he wants me to give him time meaning he wants us to have sex and in not willing to do that again bcoz irealised imade amistake for the first time and im not willing to repeat it again bcoz ihave afeeling he jst wants to use me and that his love is something for sometting type of love.so please i need all kinds of advise available for to get out of this hurtfull situation im in.

i fell out with a guy friend because he has a tendency to make disrespectful remarks about my appearance. in the past, he has apologized but two months ago was the last straw and i distanced myself from him for a while. a few times he called me but i didn't pick up the phone. after a few days, i cooled off & decided to call him and explain to him that the statements he makes really hurt me. whenever i would call his phone no one would answer, and i found that odd considering he lives in a house with 8 other people and usually somebody answers the phone.

the two of us share a mutual friend. i told her the situation and she never gave me any real insight..the only thing she would say was that i shouldn't get mad over something so 'petty' which alarmed because he said some really nasty things to me. anyway, whenever me and her would get on the phone she would tell me that he called her, or that she called him and they spoke. it became very clear to me that he was avoiding my phone calls. sometimes i would call the day that she spoke to him and no one would answer. so after a few tries i completely gave up.

i asked my friend to tell him to call me because i'd like to speak to him about the situation. she would say all right. only to have her call me the next day 'teasing' me about how she spoke to him and that she completely forgot to tell him to call me. there has many occassions where she has told me she spoke to him only to have a bunch of excuses pouring out as to why she can't get him to call me. one of them being was that his phone is not working and that he calls her from different cell phone numbers that are not his, and he's not easy to reach. another one is that when they talk it's usually very brief and she is busy doing something else so has no time to 'talk about me to him'.

i spoke to someone else who knows this guy, and this person told me that he has been calling her from the same phone as he usually does.

so i often wonder, if my so called friend is lying to me about something..I'd really wish she'd be honest with me and let me know the REAL reason why he won't speak to me. I'd be fine as long as I KNOW why he is avoiding me. But it appears to me that she is being conniving and I'm wondering if there is some backstabbing going on that involves her.

Also, she is lying about how the two of them don't talk about me to each other. I know they do. Not to long ago, my friend wanted me to attend her sister's bday party, but when the day came I couldn't go because my mother was sick in the hospital that morning. I called her and let her know why I couldn't make it. Several hours later, the guy friend (the one who doesn't speak to me) called MY MOTHER, asking her if she is fine on her cell phone.(my mother told me about this) Now why did she have HIM call my mother? Why couldn't she have called herself to see if she is fine? She never mentioned this situation to me, and i kept quiet about it to see if she would at least bring it up . She never did. I think something shady is going on..

what do you guys think?

My mom and I have a strained relationship for years. I am not sure what her reasons are other than she seems to be comptetative or was when I was a teen. My reasons are that she has made bad choices in the men she has chosen, and picked controlling possessive types that always took priority when they were in the picture and had little to do with me. I suddenly spent extra time at my grandparents and my mom became distant and in a haze when she was around them. The bad thing is she married the last one and its sad but her personality completely changed. She rarely laughs or seems happy and when I visit there is tension in the air which is not fun and is uncomfortable for me. The question is, she writes to me and says how she wishes we could be closer. Should I be honest with why?

My mom is getting married in late November. We just found out last night. She wants my to be the maid of honor. She asked me to help her with a lot of stuff, which I don't mind at all, but she asked me what colors would look good. I have no idea. I think with all of the money people spend on finding the place, paying for the food, the dress(es), the limo, hair, make-up, etc.
it's sort of unnecessary to have all of these crazy add-ons that people insist are necessary:
"Goodie bags" for out of town guests...
Gifts for EVERY person in the wedding
Exhorbinantly expensive favors
Personalized stamps
The list goes on....

I know it's your special day...but that's the point, it's yours and most people aren't going to notice a lot of what you're slaving over...

...maybe I'm just tired of hearing about it from my own bridezilla....but anyone else agree? Are all of these add-ons really necessary?? We get into fights over this stuff and lose sight of the whole concept of what 'marriage' is.

My fiance and I got engaged July 28th. The ring he gave me was one his mother (who doesen't like me because she wants her son to have no life and just take care of her and her bills) gave to him, and he gave to me. Saturday, she saw it on my finger and demanded it back. Which to save us from a fight, I did. But he never told me it was on loan from his mother, we bought me a new one....but should I be upset with him? Should I HATE his mother?
