I am curious about relationships between smokers and non smokers... Would it be fair for a non smoker to ask a smoker to give it up if they wanted to be with them? I say it is fair, but wonder what ya'll think?

Do girls like a hairy chest, or a shaved chest? I'm about 6 foot 3 and weight about 160 lbs, but I do have some muscle, so I think I would look better shaved.

imagine this.
you meet a thick girl.
after talking to her,
you think shes pretty,
shes smart,
she treats you right,
and all that good stuff.

youre hot and fit.
there isnt a girl within 50 yards of you that wouldnt want to date you.
would you be ashamed to tell your friends of your new love interest?
or to be seen with her in public?
would you doubt your relationship if your friends gave you flick about it?

is the fact that shes thick a turn off?
or would you think she was attractive even before you got to know her?

why is it that so many people only wanna get to know somebody when theyre physically appealing??
(im not saying all, just most that i know of...prove me wrong, PLEASE)

This will be the 5th high school I've been to a little over a year. I NEVER had problems with people talking to me or anything. But now, it seems like the whole school has this secret agreement to ignore me. I don't know what to do. Does anyone have any suggestions on what i could do to at least make a few friends?

I'd like to say, do, or give something to make her day very memorable.

My oldest daughter (18) told me just 3 weeks ago that she's getting married on August 25th. I am not financially prepared for this. His (minister) grandfather and grandmother are setting this up, against my will, but I have no say since they're both 18. "Grandpa" will marry them, at their home, and are doing all the decorating, planning, etc. It seems like a family pressure thing on my daughter, although she's all for it. She gets a wonderful CZ wedding ring!!!!!

Although, as you may have figured out, I don't want her marrying at age 18 (she should be too smart for that, with a high school diploma and only two quarters left go achieve her AA degree), to an 18 year old high school drop out. I don't want to be the ogre at the wedding. I'd like to do something memorable for her.

Any suggestions?

i was walking in the city with my boyfriend, this guy was like high or something, def. drugged up, and kept following us and would not leave us alone, he was so scary, i was afraid to tell him to stop in case he had a gun, but he didnt break the law other than making me extremely uncomfortable and not taking a hint to go away... should i report him? it was on a college campus. also, what can i do if this happens again?

I have a daughter in law that I treat like gold. She is mean to me and now my son has turned on me and my husband. She is so nasty that she got into a road rage fist fight. She tells me she hates people and is very hateful. She keeps me from seeing my grandchildren and now my son is acting like her. We get along with everyone--trust me it's not us. My husband tried to talk to my son, but he brushes him off. My son is spoiled and always had a bad disposition. I love my grandchildren so much and I am heartbroken. I have friends that have similiar situations like us, but it doesn't help. Is there anyone else that goes through what I am going through?

Well, the thing is, my boyfriend and I broke up after living together for about a year. We were both really stressed with our 5 year age difference and our different levels of work experience and our seperate years in school. It was hard because I had to move back in with my mom, though we promised to stay friends and he promised to help me out with what I need financially and all that. The problem is, he does his part though sometimes he isn't all that dependable, but I am still kind of hurt obviously and jealous though I am doing a lot better emotionally than I expected. Anyways, I find myself constantly checking his Facebook and email and calling him and I get jealous when he says he has friends that are guys and girls though he promises he doesn't want a girlfriend. I can't just seperate myself because we have to talk everyday and see each other every weekend because he helps me out. So, what can I do to get over this and be a better friend to him so he doesn't leave that either?

My crush and I have known each other for 5 months, in fact he asked me to join the gym that he works at. So I did then all of a sudden all of these woman who have been at this gym for years started talking to me and becomeing my friends. I thought wow cool I like this gym meeting new people well my bestfriend joined as well becasue I asked her too. We go to classes 4 to 5 times a week. A few day's ago my friend and I where talking and she was telling me about some of these woman who are my suppose to be my friend where say the only reason we're her friend and hang out with her is becasue of her crush. He never gave us the time of day untill she came along now he talks us all the time. That hurt me and I trust my bestfriend becasue she doesn't like my crush she has a boyfriend.

Well tomorrow we're suppose to be doing something at the gym tomorrow and this woman who just joined the gym 2 months ago started being my friend and seen my crush and I hung out all the time together.

She is 17 and so am I. She has never had a boyfriend, but this summer alone has fooled around with 3 guys at the camp we go to. She's got the reputation of 'camp ho'. Somehow she thinks it's a good thing. When I try to tell her what she is doing, she just laughs and says it's fun. How can I get her to understand that everyone makes fun of her and calls her names behind her back and that she needs to control herself?? Or should I just say nothing? Help please. I've been with my bf for 5yrs...ok we are both jealous but we are ok like that.. in summer i met a guy. and i thought he was nice and interesting but nothing else! i was just happy to find new friend... my bf would be reminding me og him everyday.. My girlfriend smokes, not alot but ive seen how badly it can turn seeing as how my grandpa died because of cigarettes. Ive asked her to quit. She knows how badly i dont want her to smoke. Shes even told me not to do drugs anymore because shes seen her dad become addicted to them and i quit for her. Im making sacrifices for her but shes barely doing anything for me. Should i care that she smokes? Should i keep trying to get her to quit? Should i just give up and let her slowly kill herself? Does it actually matter if she sacrifises anything for me?

I have 4 people in my family including me and it feels as if i do everything wrong, there always angry at me. I clean the house everyday but i still get accused of being lazy??? i say to them all the work i do but they dont listen, especially my mum coz she is always right, no matta what, she wont listen to me.

Ive ended up staying in my room all the time so arguments and fights dont happen but then i get yelled at for being disrespectfull even though im doing it to keep the peace.

I always here them bitching about me (my step-father mum and sister) and it hurts.. i dont no what to do. Ive given up trying to talk to them coz they wont listen. im 17 and can move out soon but its gona be a while before i have the money to... any advice would help, thanks.

My daughter is 26 and married with 3 toddlers. And since the time that the first child was born, anytime she does something in life that doesn't work out, she lashes out at me, pointing out that it's somehow my fault, and that every bad choise she has made in her life, seems to be all my fault.
She used to be such a sweet little girl and I feel that I was a good parent. But I must have took a wrong turn somewhere because she now has grown into a monster. Always berating and useing me to the max. Any words of wisdom?

You say yes to things, but inside, you don't agree with that, which is a big problem. You lie to me, saying you agree, even though you don't. You treat me like a kid and only agree to make me be quiet.

I like to protect my girl and I have my way to do that. I don't ever accept anyone to say or do anything bad to you. I won' allow that.

I want the best for you and to keep you safe, but you don't respect me.

I had a girl "chasing" me for months and I always avoided dating her. I hung out with her for the sex and I always turned her down whenever she hinted a relationship, but yet she kept persisting at a relationship. Then we took a trip to Cancun, with her roommate along. During the trip I slept with the roommate and she didn't mind that much (also, I think the roommate only slept with me because she knew that this girls wanted to date me and I kept saying no).
Then I was seeing another girl who tried to put a halt to the sex until we started dating, but when I said no for several times, she still slept with me.

She is 20 and has a lil girl. My sister weighs about 90 pounds i can't look at her she makes me cry.
