My future husband and I are getting married at the courthouse I want to have a really nice reception and after party. How do I have a reception without having the actual wedding ceremony or does that sound cheesy?

I had my son a little over a year ago and I was a single mom for the first 10 months of his life. I got in a relationship about 6 months ago, and got married 2 days ago. I'm with a GREAT guy. He loves me and he loves my son. My son's father has never been involved, but my husband has never treated my son like anything but his own child. Recently though I've noticed that I'm having a hard time sharing the role of parent with someone else. I've always had my son to myself...I've always made all the decisions about him and all that. I'm having issues letting someone else help me parent him. Is this normal? I know its pride. I haven't had any help for so long, and now I can't get used to it. I'm almost jealous that I have to share him with someone else. I KNOW that two parents are what is best for my son, but for some reason its bugging me. How can I get past this?

and his health is bad due to diabetes. he is 63 how do we tell him we do not think he should be drivng. he has had a lot or wrecks and nobody will ride with him not even my mom. how do we tell him this and still respect him as our father. we know it will hurt him but we are scared that he will hurt or kill someone else. please give us some advice. thanks

Okay, so this may be a long post-My fiance` has 2 sisters and I have 2 brothers. My brothers are each 3 years older then his sisters, perfect right? Well we asked his sisters to be in the wedding and they agreedand were very happy/excited. But when asking my oldest brother he told me he would only be in my wedding if I agreed to have my father walk me down the aisle. Which since I have had a tough relationship with him is still under debate in my mind. Now, I do not know where to go from here. I do not want to consent to what my brother wants although I would love for him to be in the wedding. And to tell the truth I am very upset that he did not seem excited about being involved in my wedding, but he is my brother.
Please give me some advice.

My friend liked a guy be4 and she tried to ask one of her friends to help her out. First, her friend said that she would try her best to help my friend out but then she took that guy away from my friend. She and that guy went out and she kept saying about how stupid my friend was. But later, another girl appeared and took that guy away from her-----> this just ended up for nothing. None of them (my friend and her friend) got that guy.

They're just crazy. How about you?

I was staying in a hotel for about 3 weeks. One day I was talking to the really pretty girl at the front desk. She told me all she had to do when she got off work was to go home and pet her kitty. I cant wait to leave high school. Im a senior, so one more year. Ive liked this one kid forever, but I just cant explain to him how I feel, because I have a feeling he is not nearly as in love as I currently feel. We've gone through a lot and I believe our relationship is in complete disrepair.
I have done somethings in the past that make her question my love & loyalty to her. I haven't been unfaithful but I've lied about trivial things that I thought she would get upset about but she found them & it has created a mess. She claims the only reason she got mad was that I lied & hid things from her and now shes left questioning everything.
About 8 mo ago she told me she needed more than just the routine ILU's and XOXO to make her feel secure. I feel as though I shouldn't be the only one giving but she claims her kissing me wouldn't give her security.
Things have since gotten worse. In the past 4 mo We've told each other we love each other once, kissed once, & had sex once. She's always pissed at me, no longer wants to do anything with me, sleeps on the couch and now I find her after we go to bed on the kitchen floor crying. She told me to go to a hell and she left to take a walk. IDK what 2do.

O.K. so i'm "involved" with a guy named Eric, but i have a crush on another guy named Jacob. I talk to Jacob more than i talk to Eric and whenever i need to vent i go to Jacob. I've been talking to a mother of two kids..nice lady and real honest. I tell her everything in my life and my goals and dreams and I ask her also. I'm really getting to know her and we like each others pictures. So anyways I went camping and when I got back I had 6 emails from her! Okay, I'm in a dilemma here. I have a friend who knows I have become a priestess for the religion he and I believe in. He wants me to perform his handfasting ritual. My mom can be so distant with me when I am down and sad. or moody. keep in mind att he party i was very moody

at the party i seemed down/sad and it looked my sec. cousin might of wanted to cheer me up (hugging, telling me to stay at a certain spot0 but my other cousins didnt give a crap (their older than him, theyre 30, 26, and 30)but my mom didnt care and critized me very meanly and i cried. why?
keep in note her own mom kinda abadoned her and her grandma (rip) was left to take care of her.

Does this mean that he wants to get married?Should I be carefull?
I'm torn. I have been dating this man for about two months now.Lately he has been telling me that he wants me to go to Arizona in November to meet his family,friends,everyone.H... and I live here in California and he wants to move to New York with him next year.He asked me last weekend if I can have children.I'm a little hesitant because he has a really BADDD temper.He got mad at me and punched the wall.We went on an outing to the park. I told him that I needed to go to the bathroom.When I got back from the bathroom he showed me his camera.He had followed me and took pictures of me as I went to the bathroom aal the way until I went inside.I remember stopping to talk to a lady about her dog,he took pictures of that too.Am I jumping to conclusions or should I be carefull?

This guy, J, and I have been together since I started college. He has a daughter but we have no children together. We have had turmoil on his and my behalf, but we are trying to work through it. The trust is gone!!! I have a BS in Civil Engineering and he is an entrepreneur. We live well! But, I find myself fantasizing about other men Sexually... I love him, but I am not in love with him. Even with all of the turmoil we have been through I am willing to go forth and marry him like yesterday. He is not. He wants to wait!! Because he takes care of home I don’t want to leave. I have been threatening by saying "I'm leaving!" The first few times he really changed, but now all he says is that "I can't make you wait." Basically, I am confused....
