O.K. so i'm "involved" with a guy named Eric, but i have a crush on another guy named Jacob. I talk to Jacob more than i talk to Eric and whenever i need to vent i go to Jacob. BUT, Eric and i have been together for 3 years and i love him. (altho it feels like my love for him is shrinking) Jacob and i flirt ALL the time and he never puts me down, i guess it's just that im always happy when im with him. To make this more complicated, Jacob dated my best friend and they now hate each other. WHAT DO I DO?!?!?!?!?!?!?

The worse thing you can do at your age is to hold on to a relationship too long that has run it's course. Move on, date Jacob, and if your bet friend has a problem with it, tell her to grow up and let you live your life.

Well i would ask your friend how she would feel if something were to spark between you to. But if you are more comfortable with Jacob your friend should respect that if she doesnt have feelings for him anymore but if they hate each other im guessing they do and let you guys go out. But just because you have been going out with someone for 3 years doesnt make him the one.. i would know lol...i'd say go with whoever makes you feel like nothing can go wrong and you can talk to about anything

If ur love for Jacob is more affectionet then for Eric, tell Eric that we need to spend sometime apart but just not forever just for sometime. I'm sure he wil understand. Then ask Jacob if u wann ahang sometime or stuf like that!

Why would you want someone who dated your best friend?
Could it be a challenge or move to get back at her? And why would you want to give up your boyfriend for 3yrs if you love him?
I think that you could possibly be bored, and a little fickle. Perhaps you are looking for a little bit of excitement.....It will only be temporary.......We Always Want Something We Can't Have......Think About It!
