I'm gay and 25 years old. I recently got out of a long-term relationship merely a few weeks ago. We lasted about 3 1/2 years. The relationship had ups and downs but my heart left the relationship a long time ago. Anyway, I almost immediately moved on searching for someone to simply date.

Anyway, I was EXTREMELY bored at home on a Saturday night and my friends were nowhere to be found. So I went to a chatroom where I met this guy who I click with. We met in person that night at his apartment and I still like what I see. I'm not sure how much he is into me, but I've already begun thinking about having sex with him, which I don't do so quickly.

Anyway, how long do you think I should wait before I do the deed?

I know when I do it I will be prepared and comfortable but how much time is suitable?

My ex and I both met at college. We only dated eight months but we were really close. I loved him so much and im sure he felt the same. About a two months after we started dating we found out that his mom was pregnant. That was a good thing. But then in Feb we found out the baby had a serious heart condition and the doctors only gave the baby a 50/50 survival chance(we started dating in October and broke up in June). At this point my boyfriend wanted more "space." I was tottally willing to give him that but it made me feel like he didnt want me there through a crisis and that maybe it was in a weird way, an exscuse to ignore me a little. But I was still there for him. All through March we hardly would hangout and he would hardly talk to me. I wanted to be there for him. I hardly ever pressured him to go out though because I knew his family life was crazy right then. But he would make plans all the time with me and then cancel last minitue.

My galfriend is getting married after she graduates this year, and she and her fiance have been looking for a good wedding song. She says she thinks the song "How Do I Live", by LeAnne Rimes is a good one, but when I asked my mom's singer friend who sang it (before I knew it was LeAnne Rimes), he said it was a breakup song. I don't think it is, because she's saying IF the guy broke up with her, she'd be sad. (Examples: "How do I get through a night without you, IF I had to live without you, what kind of life would that be?", "You're my world, my heart, my soul, IF you ever leave, well baby you would take away everything good in my life.", "How do I breathe without you, IF you ever go", "I'd be lost IF I lost you"; etc.) What do y'all think? Predicament here! ^^

Where I am buying my fiance's wedding band, they will engrave up to 25 characters on the inside for free. I've always liked the idea of having something engraved on the inside, but we don't have a special saying or anything, and I don't wanna be boring and just put 'Love, Me' or the date.

Did anyone have their man's ring engraved? What did you say?

Any ideas on something I could put?

I am curious to what answers I will get. This is all hypothetical... No one i know has killed anyone. Anyways, my question is this. If someone you love killed someone out of self defense or did it as a accident would you tell on them? I mean, I believe that it is important to be truthful, but I can't stand people who go to prison who are innocent. If my parents did something horrible.. like become bad and become murderers of course I would. I just wonder if other people have ever pondered what they would do. I mean, sometimes I feel there are certain situations where i think it is ok to lie. I just want to see what others think

I'm starting to really give up on relationships now. It wasn't a break up but it was close enough. How do you cope... and stop yourself from feeling so bad?

I am trying to compile a list of songs to be used to seat guests at an upcoming wedding. The songs will be played by a solo pianist, so I am looking for really pretty melodies. Some of the songs I have chosen so far are: Morning has Broken, What a Wonderful World, Have you ever really loved a woman, Fields of Gold. In this case, it's the music that matters most. A lot of songs are considered beautiful because they have really poetic lyrics, but since I won't be using the lyrics, I 'm trying to think of pretty melodies. I know there are 100s of them out there, but when I try thinking of them, I'm drawing blanks. Please, any suggestions? I will be using classical pieces only for the procession and recession and would prefer more contemporary melodies as people are seated. Also I am trying to steer clear of most of the standard run of the mill 'wedding songs'. Thanks for your help.

I don't want to do some instant message thing, but send letters to someone in another country. Is there a safe, free pen pal company that will do that? Like, give me someone, and translate for us, etc...??

she said that she wants to live with him, because it's quieter there. She has two other siblings, ages 5,and 7, and a stepfather, she says that they get on her nerves. Should I let her go live with him? He is a good father. He comes and gets her every other weekend. My husband feels as though she is too young to say where she wants to live, and she should wait until she is a little older. Her father has even move to a bigger apartment in the same complex to accomodate her. He had a one bedroom. Now he has moved into a two bedroom. He's currently paying welfare back for all the years that he did not pay child support. Do you think that he is doing this so that he can say that she is living with him now, so therefore he should not have to pay? Need serious opinions, please.

Girls...what do you think it means when you start thinking a whole lot about cheating on your boyfriend and wanting attention from other guys? Is this normal as a relationship goes on, or is there something wrong?

I know that your parents, brothers, and sisters are your "immediate family". But what about grandparents or great-grandparents - are they also considered "immediate family"?

Just wondering and thanks in advance to anyone who answers my question.

My hubby and I have a great relationship. Our big issue though is our mother-in-laws. He can't stand my mom and his mom drives me crazy! She's flaky and says things without thinking. She hurts people's feelings (not just mine) and my hubby brushes it off by saying she didn't think first. That excuse gets old. She says the most inappropriate things at inappropriate times. She is coming for a visit soon and I get to do most of the entertaining... Please, some words of wisdom to help me keep my calm during this visit.

relationship with his children, his friends, his family, etc. for you and he is the one who brought baggage to the relationship, how do you handle that?

I'm married, so is my sister and she was a single, never married who married a man with three children. She has always been nice to them, worked hard, has a successful career, and wanted to have children with him. He has been trying to have a relationship with all of his family and is just finishing his degree. What do I tell her to do? I know she loves him, but, I think she is broken.
