That is a though one to be honest about. I think the situation depends on if it is ok to lie or not. Well I would have to say along those lines it depends on why they killed someone-if it was in self defense telling shouldn’t matter anyway-they were not at fault same if it was an accident but ya they could still do some jail time. I had a friend shoot her father in self defense-he would beat the crap out of her and her sister; she is doing 25 years for it. I cant say if I would tell or not until I am forced into the situation but I wouldn’t rule out lying. Good question!

Killing someone in self-defense or by accident (in the absence of negligence) is not usually criminal. Covering it up is. And helping to cover it up is. Covering up the truth could subject the family of the deceased to years of wondering what really happened and the inability to bring closure.
I would encourage my family member to step up and do the right thing. If they didn't, I'd have to.

I would protect my loved one, but definitely try to find a way to help them legally. Maybe lying to help them get away isn't the best thing, but getting money for bail, visiting them every day. Trying to find the real murders. But then again, it might just be case of blood and water and you can't say how you'll act until well it actually happens.

well if the person is innocent and did it as self defence then i will tell someone because if its really a self defence case then that person has nothing to worry about...but if the person did it on purpose then i will also tell because its not fair for the family of the person that was killed to be suffering and the person who did it would be happy without suffering the consequences

Wow! Does your mom believe you? probability is that if the "kin member" has touched you inappropriately and additionally your cousin - you're probable no longer the only ones. As to the doorstep father...if he carried out some thing to you then you definitely do no longer prefer actual info. you ought to tell somebody. i be responsive to this is going to likely be tricky yet as long as what you assert is the certainty you ought to bypass to the police. i be responsive to a similiar situation. a woman has a stay in boyfriend for apx twenty years (I say boyfriend because of the fact they do no longer look to be married they only stay jointly) and he had touched a youthful female in techniques he don't have. She grew to become into around 12. She did no longer say something. It grew to become into years later formerly she did. Then slightly later after that this is been got here across that he has carried out a similar area of numerous women persons in the kin. All it takes is ONE guy or woman to return foward and say good day he carried out this to me. unhappy ingredient is the lady he lives with does not believe any of it so she does not be responsive to. each and every person basically tries to evade him and not be on my own with him. yet despite if a kin member does not prefer to believe it the police will. you assert the doorstep dad so i'm thinking how previous you're. while you're under 18 you ought to discover an grownup you may believe and refer to them. while you're over 18 you nevertheless ought to tell somebody. He ought to be doing some thing to different little ones in the kin. i could do despite I had to as a manner to offer up him. No female / female merits to have some guy touching her or doing issues he shouldn't do!

Hey I think it is never ok to lie. I hate being lied to as well as lying to others. It makes me feel so guilty. The best thing to do if you dont want to lie is not opening your mouth.
