Omg this is serious! How can these parents beat they kids regardless of alcohol or not?? This is sad!! You as her friend need to report this. I know she has bruises and marks on her so you can go to the police with this. As well as if you 2 or still in school, you can report this abuse to your teacher or counselor and they can help her out. Her father needs his butt kicked!! And he needs Jesus!!! Be there for her and show her that you are a true friend!! I hope everything goes well with her and tell her she is in my prayers!! Tell her also I said go get a bat and knock him out!! Naaa violence is not the key!! But do tell someone though!! She needs you now more than ever.

Talk to your parents about it and ask them for help. The last thing you want to do is put yourself right in the middle of a nasty situation and get yourself hurt in the process. No one should be abused, and somehow someone has to intervene before something even worse than a beating happens. You may need to report your friends father to the cops to save her life!

Talk it over with your parents. If you are of school age bring it to the attention of a councilor.
