I want to live with my dad and he promised me could always come live with him no matter what, back when I was 11... i'm 16 now and when i mention it he doesn't take me seriously. maybe he thinks im kidding... I fear confrontation, i don't know how to sit him down and make him listen, how do I make him take me seriously?

Dad I know we have talked about me moving in with you before, this time I am seriously wanting to move in with you.

Don't ! Just e-mail him or visit his office one day and leave a note with the receptionist marked URGENT!!! This is what I need to talk to you about for the last past 5yrs.
