He doesn't have weird phone calls or anything like that, but I don't know, there is something I can not put my finger on. Does guilt make a spouse act differant? I just feel something with him is not right.

If someone stares at you (unnaturally) to prove their not lying after you've told them ("Why can't you look at me when you say that!") ...isn't that proof of them lying to you in an obvious way. If he/she were telling the truth wouldn't they try to convince you in a more endearing soft holding hand kind of way instead of a cold stare in the eyes?

my girlfriend's mom is moving out to get away from her husband. But they have lived in the house for 7years and her mom and step dad have been spliting the house payments over that time. Her mom wants to sell the house and split the money down the middle but her step dad is intent on staying in the house and not selling.

Is it possible for her to get some if not all of that money back that she has paid over the last 7yrs, since the house is in both their names?

Also they are not legally marrieds, but had more of a veitnamese serimonial marrage. So more or less like roommates.

I USED TO ACTUALLY THINK THAT MAYBE SHE DON'T LIKE ME BCOS I AINT GOOD ENOUGH, BUT I HAVE A DEGREE & I'M ATTRACTIVE(USED TO MODEL FOR TV) SO I DNT SEE WHAT THE PROB IS. THE WAY SHE COMPLIMENTS HER COUSIN ALL THE TIME IS STARTING TO MAKE ME IRRITATED, EVEN KINDA JEALOUS. THE STRANGE THING IS A LOT OF OUTSIDERS HAVE SAID THAT ME & HER COUSIN SHARE A SLIGHT RESEMBLANCE, WHICH MAKES THIS PROB EVEN MORE COMPLICATED.

Okay - so I'm babysitting for my brother and sister tomorrow. They are both in their thirties and married. I am 13. I'll babysit Michael's three kids (under 7 years of age) from 11am - 4pm and then babysit Shell's two kids (under the age of 3) from 4pm to 12midnight. Because they are my siblings, should I give them such an extreme discount? Mom want me to babysit for 13 hours tommorow and get NOTHING. I love kids especially the ones I'm babysitting, but I want SOMETHING to show for the 13 hours I'll babysit! Michael's been paying me $3 an hour for his three little ones (under the age of 7!) - is that okay?? I don't know what Shell's paying. Like same as Michael - a dollar an hour per kid...is that okay? They ARE my siblings and...well...really don't have lots of money...is it wrong to want more? And how much more?

I've met the guy of my dreams and we've been dating for nearly two months now. We see each other every two weeks or so and talk on the phone every evening. When we're together it's like we've known each other for ages. On our first date - he told me about his sister who was engaged to a guy whose left arm was in-mobile, my boyfriend told his sister that you can do much better that and thus his sister called off the engagement. However, my boyfriend knows that i wear contacts. The reason why i haven't told him that i am not able to drive legally is because of my eyesight - i guess he is rather judgemental. Help....

My fiance and i had a huge fight last night. And he started to talk about the wedding and how expensive its going to be which its only 10,000 which this day in age isnt that much. I think we are doing pretty good. right? But then he does have some debt he is in . Ive been trying to help him save money so he could pay it off . Hasnt touch any of them. THen he brought up his past saying that he screwed up and all of his friends are well off. And when he said that it made me feel like i wasnt a positive in his life. That really hurt my feelings. I told him today that if he wants to pospone the wedding and buy the things his wants and pay off his debt i would be fine with that. NOW his saying NO he wants to get married. What do i do . Now I am thinking twice about getting married. WHat do i do Help.

Just curious to see where people draw the line as cheating. I feel like you can cheat on someone without having sex. Isnt sharing your time and having an intimate connection with someone also considered cheating . .. For example going on a date.

My fiancé and I have common friend. For a while, she lived a block away from us and we used to spend a lot of time together. Then my fiancé and I moved to the south end of town (a fifteen minute drive away). We would still spend time together every week or every other week. She was in a car accident back in January that did some nerve damage to her arm. I called her a several times after I heard about it from her; I had to leave voicemails because she didn’t answer her phone. I told her that if she needed anything to just call. We went out to dinner once; her bitterness after the car accident was so potent, it was difficult to sit at the table with her. She would talk about things in her life, and then ask how we were. When we started to tell her she’d say that she didn’t want to hear about anything stressful in her life, because she couldn’t deal with it. After that dinner, she hadn’t made any contact. I was really hurt that she would never call. Please wait for more of the story...

My friends and I disagree on this issue. I believe you should share everything and it's part of building an honest relationship. She says that guys would never ever tell all of their history . She believes the past stays in the past and it's none of their business unless you have and STD which I don't.
Should you spill the beans or not?

I just like to know. I'm a guy who likes women and would never force to have sex. I mean if they agreed with it than that's fine but why is it a big deal to everyone? I mean sure I heard it feels good and all but so what, people should wait for the right moment and for the right peson. I think it's awesome just to have someone in your life that you care about and someone who cares about and someone you could just be with forever and not have sex. I by far would rather just have a nice dinner and just keep on kissing a girl on her lips then have sex. I mean I never had sex before or really cared but I have kissed a lot of diffrent girls and I think that's more special than anything. I guess this is how I am and how I was brought up.

I have a custody issue and I’m looking for referrals from people have had difficult custody battles. I am aware that I can look in the phone book, oniline and elsewhere, but I really want an attorney that someone has hired and speaks very highly of. I need help changing my son’s custody from joint legal and physical to sole legal and physical and help getting my parenting time changed. His father has already hired an attorney and I don’t want to represent myself against his attorney. My son starts school this year and his father and I both want him with us Mon – Fri. Yes it is a sad situation and I feel bad that my son is in the middle so please spare me your personal feelings. This is a simple request for attorney referrals. Thanks so much to those who respond. I don’t mean to be so short but I’m frustrated and time is of the essence.

My ex-husbands parents want to see my son. My son has no contact with his father. My ex-husbands parents, which is his biological mother and a step father, (his biological father is deceased), want my son to spend the night at their house. I told them no, not at this time. They have visitation as long as he comes home by 8pm because his bedtime is 8:30. They argue with me about it everytime. They claim that they are too tired to make the drive to my house because they are older now. They are 52 and 48 years old, and they live 30 minutes away from my house. I dont know the exact reason why they feel that they have to have my son spend the night. The only thing that I can come up with is that they want their son to see him. My sons father is not allowed to see him right now. We are in the middle of a divorce. However because they want him to spend the night and I wont let him they are threatening to take me to court for their rights. Is there a law that he has to stay the night?

My mom, and most of my family and friends, think my dad is having an affair, cause he's never home, or takes to long at the grocery store. He has 3 jobs, so that would be why he's always gone, but it is tru he willl leave to pick up 8 things from the grocery store and be home 2hours later. But i dont think he's having an affair. what do you think? what should I do?

I have been married for almost a year now and for about the past 5 months my husband has been very verbally abusive. On July 2 we were arguing about something and he started shoving me into the cabinets on the dresser in our bedroom and then started slamming me on the bed and finally just pinned me down. Last Sunday, July 22 we were in another argument about something he had said to me that was mean. He trapped in the bathroom and wouldn't let me out until I answered his questions. While we were in the bathroom he started shoving against the toilet. He hasn't hit me, just pushed and shoved me. Do any of you think his abuse is going to get worse or stop? I can't tell right now if it is escalating or not. He always denies both the verbal and the physical abuse. Any thoughts on my situation???

Hello ladies! I'm getting married in 1 month and 24 days at 7pm...I just wanted some opinions on send off items (ie bubbles)...It will be dark when we leave, so I want them to be able to be seen...Any ideas besides bubbles, rice, butterflies, or sparklers? BTW, I was going to do sparklers but with the many children that will be there, I chose to not put everyone at risk...Thanks for all your answer in advance!! -Emi
