why would he not like u bcause u wear contacts/glasses? I wear both as Im VERY shortsighted. -10.50 and -8.00 in contacts my specs are higher pescription. If he doesnt like u because u have bad eyesight bin him. If he doesnt like it for whatever reason I guess he must be PERFECT in every way no flaws? Tell him to his face and then u can c what he really thinks by his expression. my fiance isnt bothered it cant be helped.

Well poor eyesight is hardly a disability so if he was to be judgemental of that then I'm sure you could do alot better than him. I know you like him but do you really want to be with some one who will judge you for something so trivial.
All you can do is tell him about how you are feeling and i am sure if he likes you the way he seems too then i sure he wont mind about your eyesight.
Good luck babe

in person of course, believe me it's the best way ever! when you talk to him in person there are eye contacts, gestures, face expression and small things that are liable to show that u're dealing with and accepting the situation and especially that you are not ashamed of it. tell it right on and don't make it serious more than it deserves and why not joking sweetly about it. if he doesn't accept you as you are then he is not the right guy for you and you deserve better no matter what. good luck

if he's that shallow and judgemental i think you should find better. having bad eyesight isn't a reason not to date a person.
his sister sounds just as bad. giving up an engagment bcse of a bad arm- she should have loved him for him.
i had the junkiest of eye site and was almost legaly blind till i had lasik. none of the byfrnds i had before lasik ever dumped be for junky eyesight

The answer to you problem is right in your question:
Do you really want to be with someone that is so jugemental?!?!
Regardless of if he accepts your disability or not, he is still the same jerk that possibly ruined things for his sister. (she was weak too, buts that's another issue).
Respect yourself enough to stand up to this moron and tell him to bug off. DON'T let any insecurities you may have about yourself (if you do have any) get in the way of dumping the loser.

tell him in person and if he judges then he isn't the one for you. Tell him before the relationship go further on and you really start to have feelings for him. Hopefully he will be a perfect gentleman and it won't matter to him
good luck

He is not the right person for you. I feel sorry for that poor guy with an immobile arm. It isn't his fault. Dump this loser and tell him that you hope his sister crawls back to that guy and begs for forgiveness for treating him like crap all because of his arm.

Why don't you make something positive out of it??? Choose a really sexy pair of glasses and wear them one time you meet him. I found out i need glasses recently for driving and long distance stuff etc e.g. cinema. I bought some bold brown framed ones and just turned up to a date with my boyfriend wearing them, He thought they looked REALLY sexy and make me look intelligent too. It's not like you have to wear them all the time, just every now and then, Dress them up, wear make up and a shirt or something which matches it etc!! Don't worry about it, if he loves you it really won't matter to him!!!
