I want my dress to be as fresh and ready to go as possible. I heard that is should be like 2-3 weeks before, why is that? Does it even matter. Would a month out be too far? Need advice from those who have experienced, thanks.

My husband and i had a huge fight last week about how we both were not happy in our marriage. He was not happy with my attitude towards him. And was not happy with him being too busy to give me any attention. For a whole year we held these feelings in hopeing that things on their own would change. But it came out a last week during an argument. We were upset and crying. And were talking about divorce. But since we both still love each other, we decided to work it out. My husband said that he feels releaved and happy now that he has let that out into the open. Things are different now. We dont argue anymore, we are much nicer to each other. But now, we hardly speak to each other. We still tell each other that we love each other when we say bye and good night. Last night he gave me a quick kiss good night. And this morning a quick peck bye. Last night he came up to me and held my face to kiss me. It was nice. We laughed and were playful after that. Will things get better?

Otherwise I dont think some of us could even leave in the morning. I mean its like we have some protection of who we think we are and look like. If we could see what other people see do you think alot more people would want too just commit suicide. Its like we were born with alot of selfeteem. the sorry fact is were judge on what we look like and our clothes etc. Not are insides.

well he came to a place that i hang out at lot and things I thought went well and when I talked to him the next day things were great then too. He lives about 25 mins away from me and is 2 years younger than me. He seems to like me and he told me he wants me to come hang out with him and his friends in his town. He even says things like "my friends will hit on you so be careful". I want go further without chasing him away cause I think he is really cool. What should I do? Do I wait and see if he steps up to the plate more, or make a move and invite him out with me again? HELP!!

I can't believe they cost like $30-50 for a freaken candle. I bought a plain white one for $3.99. How I can dress it up? I wanted to glue crystals to it but I didn't know how well that would work. What type of glue should I use on a candle? Or do you have other suggestions or pictures would be great!
Thanks

When ever we go to my BF's family functions, he always makes comments about my body, and how he would like to be with me. Then he'll say just kidding. I ran into him at a party and he kept asking me to meet him, I told him no. That I love his brother, and he was married. He said, it wasn't like we would fall in love or anything, just hit it and quit it. He kept asking, I kept saying no. He said that he would be at this place at this time and that we would just have lunch, no big deal. I did not show up. I told my BF all about this. About a week later at my BF's birthday party. He walked up and said, I was here last week expecting someone and they never showed up. He sat next to me and whispered "why didn't you show up?" I reminded him that I said that I wouldn't. He just kept going on and on as usual. My BF took him aside and tried to talk to him about it. Of course he denied it. It ended in an ugly fight, and now my BF doesn't want to go to family function because he will be there.

Everyone knows that trust can make or break a relationship. I'm just curious how other people got past the trust issues. Please share your story. Thank you all.

I'm not trying to be funny or hateful towards women. And not all women are like this but why do SOME women feel that it's the mans sole responsibility to provide for the children. Shouldnt it be 50/50 since both parents had the child? Also, why do women refer to the child as "your child" (the mans child) or "his child" when they are refering to support? 9 times ot of 10, you'll hear a woman say "he needs to support his child". You should always refer to a child as "OUR CHILD" never his or my child.

In terms of getting over a relationship..and do you think it's possible to never really get over someone?

My ex doesn't see my children or pay child support on them. His mother is a few french fries short of a few happy meal to say the least. She has never seen my kids and if I have my way she never will. Recently, she went into my mom's work and told her that she was going to sue me for grandparents rights. Before I ever had the kids, they are police reports from where she broke into my house and would follow me every where I went. My oldest son is going to be 9 in a few months and the youngest is 4. I have them going through therapy for the abuse that her son put them through. What exactly has to be proven in order for a grandparent to get vistiation? We have already spoken to an attorney about my husband adopting my kids and my kids have no idea that this woman even exsists

I had thought for a while that he was lying to me, but couldn't confirm it, and if I made a comment about it, he'd change the subject or just avoid it altogether. I asked him upfront if he was married, and he said no. He had given me something of his when we first met that after I thought he was married I wanted to give back to him, he said he didn't expect it back. This is something that you wouldn't just toss or give away. It is personal and I do not want the reminder. I told him that I would mail it, or he could come get it. He said he would come and get it, but never showed. I have his home address, phone number, I know his wife's name, and his son's name. If you were a woman who's husband was doing this, would you want to know? They have a wedding anniversay coming up the end of July. 19 years. Would you want to know after all that time? I dont want to destroy his marriage, but it seriously bothers me that he did this. Should I just wait for Karma? Seriously answers only please!!

My fiance is 20 years old, we have been together for almost 2 years. I HATE HIS DAD!! He rude, he controls my fiance in everything that he does. He still lives at his dads because his dad makes up excuses to why he cant move in with me yet, the first and the worst was " if you move we will cut ties" basically saying his will disown him, or that my brother who lives with me does drugs and now not til he finishes college. His truck has a topper, and his dad wont let him take it off because he says it will look "retarded" if he takes it off!! ITS A TRUCK!!! He watches porn in the family room while we are there and he walks around naked!!! How can I help my fiance get out of his father tight grip!?

I was recently out of town, and discovered that less than 30 minutes after I left, my husband was on Myspace emailing another woman. He told her I had just left, so he was trying to get into trouble. She of course, emailed him back. He then said, "Yeah, some people can't handle freedom, so they get in trouble instead." What do you think I should do? He has not emailed her since I returned home, although she continues to post comments to his account. He is acting strangely loving towards me, being very attentive, etc... In the past, sometimes he was very distant. I haven't said a word, I'm just monitoring the situation. Any advice is helpful.

I'll give you all a brief... For sometime now this brother and I have
been talking in regards to marriage- we both agree that we want to
marry each other... MashAllah...

He's from Egypt but lived most of his Adult hood here in the US. So
you can say he's a mixed of middle eastern/ american culture. How
american is he? He's a contract soldier in the US army stationed in
Iraq.

Anywho- When we talk by email he comes across very arrogant (example:
Last night we where discussing us and the next step. He said that I
should come first in you life at all times and that he should be
respected all around."

Granted that's the rules in Islam... Your husband is first because now
he's your Imam.

I was like and in the same manner I would like to be respected at all
times too... He went on "Why do you do that? it's always a 1 to 1 with
you." then he went on to say that I have a strong peronality and I am
unpredictable.

Which is true... aka I am a wrong

So i have a cousin who is downright mean. she'll send threatening emails to people like me because i know her as a cousin. but in public she is QUIET. which is why i'm saying this here and not to any person in real life who knows her. if i tell anyone they won't believe me and think i'm crazy. eventually everyone will turn on me saying that i'm mean, saying bad things about my cousin. did i mention, jane(just use that as her) never does anything by herself? she always has an accomplice who takes all the blame so she gets off clean, her reputation spotless. and here's what she did this time. she gave my email address to her little "friend" and her "friend" sent me an email that said something along the lines of hi! remember me? i'm ann(fake names here pple) i think ur nerdy, *, *, *, *, *, and mean. do not delete this message, it's of great importance 2 me. remember that time u wanted the swings but i didn't give them 2 you then you cried? i think ur a crybaby. rest in extra. plz wait
