Does anyone know any seamstresses in the NJ/NYC area that make custom wedding gowns?

I'm looking for someone to create a custom wedding gown (medieval style to be specific) using sketches and pictures of what I want. I'm having difficulty finding ones online that are in the area. Thanks!

Sivan Bridal makes custom dresses out of Princeton, NJ. not sure how far away that would be for you.
