Yesterday was my ex's b day I decided to tm him Happy bday b/c its easy to remember b/c of the holiday I thought we were on friendly terms but he didnt even acknowledge my tm and I am mad that I even did it! I thought we were adults and he could just say thank you, it was just Happy bday not "I want you" or anything more now I want to text him and say your welcome just b/c he is being an *** should I? I can promise you I will hear from him within the next couple months when he is havin downtime from dating b/c I know that is the only reason he did not respond is b/c he is seeing someone which I think is BS because just b/c you are seeing someone doesnt mean you have to be impolite I would have not done that to him. Should I tm him and say "your welcome"?

I had a family cell phone plan with my ex girlfriend. She told me that she was going to get her phone switched into her name so i let her keep it. Her mom even told me that she was going to co sign on it. After I got the next bill I was surprised that she built up an unbelievable phone bill. Am I able to sue her for the amount of the overages and if so, what laws would I need to use in a court to have a case.

I've been with this man for almost 14 years. I found out he was married, but separated after we had been together for over 3 months. He swore that he and his wife had been legally separated for 2 years at the time I met him and he didn't think it was a big deal not telling me. Of course by the time I found out I was already in deep with him and my heart wouldn't let me let go. Now almost 14 years later I'm going through this bazaar crap with his wife calling me and going off as though she has a right to interfere with his and my life. We don't live together, but we are together in our home 3-4 nights a week. He's a farmer so he has to be on the ranch to tend to things the other nights. Anyway, this recent thing with his wife calling me is really getting on my nerves and he tip toes around with regard to her and I'm supposed to tread lightly and not do anything to upset the situation further. I'm sick of being last on his list. I still love him very much but should I continue with this?

I've been seeing this woman for the a few months and find her very polite and attractive. Likewise, she says I'm soft-spoken and finds me sexy when I smile. She works as a cocktail waitress at a nightclub. When we see each other, we talk for a short period, sometimes buy her a drink, and hug each other when stopping by or say goodbye. When we talk, she always says she misses me when I've been gone for a week or two. I wonder what she meant.

Recently she gave me her # and called a couple days later. She answered for a short moment and said she's busy and said she'll call back. Later that evening, she left a voice message because I missed her call.

Last weekend she went out of town to celebrate Independence Day so I decided not to call her. Today, I sent her a text message incase she's busy to answer her phone or packing home or keep busy. I left a voice message afterwards to make sure if she received the text.

Do I wait for her call? call back later? or call her tomorrow?

My best friend asked me to be her maid of honor. She has always been there for me through some of my worst times. I want to do something special for her. Any ideas on what I can do? She called me today because certain members of her family do not like her colors. I had to explain to her that it is her day. She is a people pleaser.

i have made up my mind that i want my husband to leave,(i own the house :) ) i kind of know what and how to say it, but not sure when.
not asking for advice here, just want to hear others stories of how/when/where you broke it to your spouse, how did they react, and what happened afterward? and have you stuck with the decision, and have you been happier since?

I have 2 questions:

1. What do you think of the name Audrey Mae, or Audra Mae? Do you have any other ideas for little girls?

2. My wedding is in Aug of 2008, but Im planning now! Any ideas for do it yourself wedding flowers, or favor ideas? I want to have a very elegant wedding, but I want to keep it cheap (as in cost). Ideas?

Do Americans believe that it is not healthy to be, at least for a while, sad, hurt, angry or confused when going through a divorce? Everything is not like TV, people.

Talk to any therapist worth his salt and he will tell you that it is normal to feel these things and unless you are on Valium or some other happy pill, it is OK.

Also, as a final note, has anyone come up with a phrase other than "Get over it." That is overused and meaningless.

Wlak a mile in my shoes, etc, etc. ( fill in your favorite)

no on e in the WORLD thinks that i am responsible enough. granted, i can be lazy and sloppy but I KNOW that when u are a mom, there is no time for that! I know this and i'm willing to change! I'm 29. I have worked at a day care, i've babysat since i was 12. i have a younger bro and sis and have been around kids all my life. I spent over a year practically raising my friends baby when she was depressed and she slept all the time. kids love me and i did really good with her!. I want to have a baby so bad. my soon to be husband wants one too i think and he says i'll be a great mom but i think deep down he worries about it too. I don't want to hear people saying i just need to get off of my *** and clean the house, i've done that. what i want are answers from people who have been through this and made it out ok on the other side. thanks :)

After I have sex with a guy I don't want him to see him anymore. It's not that I don't like them it's just like what's the point in continuing the relationship after I've had sex with him. Is this normal for a woman to behave this way?

We've had some issues and decided Tuesday that we would take some time to decide where we want our relationship to go. Wednesday I wanted to be friends but still hang out and stuff. If things get better & he would want to try again then I would be all for it. Today all I can think about it how much I want to be with him and would totally regret not trying to work it out. I'm unsure about what he wants. I'm kinda thinking that he might want to work things out but I could be wrong. He's hard to read.

But I've never met anyone else that has as much in common with me and is so much like what I've always wanted. I don't want to be with anyone but him.

How can I get him to understand how much I want to be with him?

My husband cheated on me and left me, my two year old and my four year old for the neighborhood sluuut.

I decided that he should pay. I got a rapid dog lawyer and now he pays me $6500 per month and I kept our five bedroom house and he lives in a two bedroom apartment in a low to middling neighborhood.

His mother says that it is wrong and that if I ever loved him, I wouldn't take so much from him per month. I say, YOU PLAY, YOU PAY. Agree or not?

What was the best method that your parents used in trying to teach you something?
I am having a seriously hard time trying to teach my curious son things that are potentially dangerous.
I had just spoken with him about power lines and the first thing he did last night when we got out of a car was touch one. Luckily it wasn't a live wire. I didn't see it when I parked there otherwise I obviously would'nt have. There has been many storms and one was blown down. Still I nearly had a heart attack and cried about the what if's until I fell asleep.
